Terry was courteous and professional. He looked at my washer and explained that the motor had burnt out. It was 15 y/o so i was afraid that might be the problem. He explained that a new motor alone without labor would cost between 100.00-150.00. I was bummed as ireally didnt have the money this month for a new washer or big repair bill. He them offered to go to a couple of used appliance places he knew personally and had done business withbefore and look for a nice used onr for me. he found one the next day.It was very nice, clean and newer than the one i had and works beautifully! It cost me 150.00. He only charged me 35.00 to deliver it, install it and haul off my old one. I also got a 2 month warranty on it. He is the absolute BEST!!!

Gas Dryer went out. Thermo switch failed. Called them. Came the next day at appointed time. Charged $60 for part, installation and test of the dryer to make sure was operating correctly. Top notch repsonse and service. Couldn't be happier.

Found this company on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Explained that the gas dryer wasn't heating and drying properly. I explained the problems. Terry felt it might be the coils. He set up an appointment for the following morning at 10am. He showed up right on time. He tested the dryer and found that the gas was shutting off after just 2 minutes. He went out to his truck and got 2 replacement coils. He replaced them adn then ran a 15 minute test to ensure that the vent temperature got to 150 degrees. Terry was very professional and FAST. From start to finish in less than 45 minutes. Parts and labor was $60. I will not hesitate to call him the next time I need anything on my washer or dryer.

My 16 year old washing machine died. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one when a friend sudjested I call Terry. I did and he came out and was able to find the problem and fix it. Thankfully it was an easy problem to fix and I didn't have to buy a new machine. I was impressed with Terry's work and integrity.
