Mike did a great job on all my repairs, He was punctual and courteous and even picked up the pet door from Home Depot for me. He was very careful prior to installing the pet door - he checked out the garage wall, measured carefully and realized that there were pipes and wiring in that section of the wall. We installed the pet door elsewhere. His prices were reasonable and I will definitely use him again!

We started using Mike a year ago and things worked out well. In recent visits however work completed had to be reworked and his cooler service was not complete. Cooler pads were not changed out, nor the pan or water pumps cleaned, which should have been done as a complete service.
We have asked for keys to the units to be returned back three times and have not received a response to date. We even asked to have them returned to the property management in the same city to make it easy and we still have not received back the keys. We are disappointed.

Didn't provide up front cost of job...first time use was great and price
was fair, so we used them again, second time, price not fair at all for work conducted,
and job was done poorly and had to be re-done. Will Not use again.

The lock going into the top of the door frame did not work. After months of pulling and pushing on the door and working with the lock, it sometimes works.

They got here and in minutes fixed the hinge that was already in place, made sure the door locked and agreed to fix a last minute bulb for me on there way out. They did an amazing job and will definitely be calling them out for all my handyman needs!! Thank you!

Great job!!!It was 104F at the time they started and 107F when completed. They were early to job site and worked non-stop until fence was completely removed, loaded into trucks, driven to new location and unloaded there. I have used them before and I will be calling on them again.
