FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "After 24 years our heating/air unit was on it's last legs. We called Aire Serv for an estimate to replace the system. I was impressed with the detailed plan they presented on how to make our new system more efficient and improve air flow into our home. A thorough inspection was done to the house checking registers, thermostat, and overall efficiency. After the inspection, they gave us a detailed bid on what they felt would be the most efficient system to help us lower our heating/air costs moving forward. They also encouraged us to seek other bids before making a decision. I called 2 other local companies and couldn't believe the lack of effort or knowledge of HVAC systems. Both bidders basically gave me a price to replace the unit with an updated version of the same one we currently had. They spent about 10 minutes looking at the unit and gave pricing for a replacement. No inspection of thermostat, ducting or any questions about efficiency. We made the decision to go with Aire Serv due to their attention to detail and desire to help us save money.
