Three monsoon months since the work was completed, with no problems. They were punctual, pleasant to work with, and cleaned-up after themselves. They honored the Angie's List discount coupon I presented. I would use them again.

They were fast. And they cleaned up everything. My porch was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there. Hope the repair fixed the problem. Will know for sure when we get some winter rain.

Contractor showed up on time and had all equipment and supplies needed to do the job. Crew knew what they needed to do and finished the job in a reasonable time and it was well done

Ricardo arrived in the agreed upon time. After discussing the leak, he did a cursory, 5 minute inspection of the roof. He gave me a verbal quote of $275 to replace some broken tiles and to repair the leak, but he did not mention anything beyond the immediate problem. I felt that he didn't thoroughly inspect the roof, and only focused on the immediate problem. He didn't offer anything to address potential problems because of the broken tiles. The verbal quote seemed off the cuff, and does not sound like good business practice to me. Needless to say, I did not go with this contractor.

Roofsavers has done work for us in the past and while I am too old to go onto the roof to check, I trust that they did a good job

The man who came to the house to give the estimate was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the roof although I had initially only requested one tile be replaced. He found another cracked tile in his inspection. He gave me a estimate for the work that was e-mailed to me as soon he returned to the office. Upon acceptance of the bid the office contacted me immediately and let me know that since this was small job they could not give me an exact date for service but that the work would be done in 5-10 days. They had a man out to the house within that time frame and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

It went very well. The estimator came when he said he would and I was very impressed with his knowledge. The roofers then came when they were scheduled to come. They were very courteous and very skilled. We were very happy with their finished work. We thought the price was fair. If they made a mess, it was all cleaned up by the time they left. We will use Roofsavers again.

They sent someone out to provide the estimate and the individual arrived promptly (unfortunately, I don't recall his name). He was friendly and nice to my dogs, who just had to say Hi. He emailed the estimate the next day. It was not the cheapest estimate, but it was also not significantly higher than the other estimate. I selected this company because they came out to provide the estimate. It gave me the opportunity to talk directly to the person about checking the roof for other loose tiles. And the person who came out to provide the estimate was a great representative for the company. He was a good face for the company and I felt confident in selecting them. Regarding cost, the estimate did indicate that if I scheduled the repair within 30 days then I could get the work done for the $599 that I ended up paying. The repair was performed on the day scheduled. I did not need to be home for the repair, which was great. They also offered to paint the wood if I provided the paint - which I took them up on. They did a great job and did not leave any mess behind.

They were very professional, responded on a timely basis and cleaned up after themselves. This the third time we have used Roofsavers in the past 18 years that we have lived in our house. I am a local Realtor and have recommended them to my many clients over the years. Unlike some roofers, they don't do new roofs....only repairs. Highly recommend them to give you honest opinions as to your roof condition.

It was a two day job; they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Worked non stop.

No problems. The workers arrived at 8:00 am and were finished by 1:00 pm. They cleaned up everything without disturbing anything in the yards.

Since i can't crawl up on the roof the leaking has stopped so i assume they did what i hired them to do.

He sent a customizer who was very professional and knew exactly what the hell he was talking about. He took what the guy said, "that's the only place it could be leaking", as the matter of the price, it won't be very close and he told me $600 to $700 and he went away. I called them up a few days later and scheduled an appointment, and they made an appointment with me which was only 4 or 5 days on the date that I called them. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They did their repair exactly like they said they would. They came and did what they were supposed to do. They didn't leave any mess. They were extremely professional. They are easy to talk with when we were doing the work. They left it and as far as I know it's fixed. We had a couple of light rains and it hasn't leaked. It only leak when the wind was blowing and it was a regular monsoon downpour, but I have no doubt that it would be okay, and even if it doesn't they give you a two year warranty.

This monsoon has proved that they did a great repair job. After several days of very hard rains, I'm glad to report that I haven't detected any roof leaks. They did a great job!!!

Crew reported on appointed day. They were efficient and thorough I would hire this company again.

Excellent job. Very prompt, courteous, professional. Their estimate was on target, and they pointed out architectural details to be matched that I would have missed, so finish exactly matches original.

Everything contracted for was done.

We had a leaky scupper on our garage roof that was fixed. An estimate from another company went over-the-top for the work that was actually needed ($800 estimate) and Roofsavers did what was actually necessary for $180. They kept all their promises and we couldn't be more pleased.

I would consider Roofsavers a viable contractor for roof repair, but not for larger jobs such as resurfacing an entire roof.

I did not use them, I wanted a replacement as the house is 29 years old and I believe this was the original flat roof. I would consider them in the future for repair and coating.

agreed with original estimator. had taken about 5 bids on this project. this company was about middle of the road priced. arrived on time. some of the workers were unprofessional, mgr attended to this immediately. work completed on time,

The company responded quickly to the iniital inquiry, scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived when promised. Within just a few days they provided the "quote", which was the indication that work was not required. They said I needed stucco repair and not roof repair, which was very helpful.

Very well. I have recommended them to others and they have been satisfied also.
