It was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are really nice, responsive, and easy to work with. They do a good job.

Project date was pushed back a couple of weeks; I had to contact them re: timing rather than Roof Savers notifying me so that was annoying. Work itself went well and cleanup was good.

After a hard rain, one of my home's skylights was leaking. I called Roofsavers Locke Roofing and they sent out an estimator in a timely manner. The estimator was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and said the workmen would come to my house as soon as possible (we had a lot of rain, so I was expecting them to arrive at least a few weeks after the estimate). Believe it or not, the roofers came the next morning to fix the skylight. They did an excellent job and showed great professionalism during the process. Their price was very reasonable and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Roofsavers Locke Roofing for all my roofing needs. Highly recommended.

With the guy that came, I could not of been happier with. He was professional and he did an excellent job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but that's the way things work in Arizona. I called another contractor first and it would of taken them a month and a half longer to get out here than these people.

The estimate was comprehensive, but very overpriced. I have used them numerous times in the past and found their work to be good, although a little overpriced. This time they were out of the ballpark.

Excellent. They even came by when it rained to put down temporary fixes without my asking. They came all on their own. That is professionalism! Thank you so much. And then returned to finish the job very quickly. Very pleased.

The inspection crew was out in 24 hours despite the office telling me 48 hours. Despite the busy monsoon season and the office telling me they were scheduling a month out, to my surprise I had a crew walking my roof 3 days later to male the repairs. Clay tile is very brittle and inexperienced roofers can do more damage than good. These guys were so good, they inspected the entire roof and did the repair without a single broken tile.

Leak persisted after replacement of tiles and revealing the flashing. After contacting them multiple times to actually fix it under their 'warranty of service' no one ever showed up. Warranty doesn't mean much if nobody will back it up.

They were efficient and professional. The work appears to have corrected the problem.

Didn't happen. I've been a customer for years, but no longer beyond warranty work. Emailed to schedule an estimate and was told they could not come out for 10 days, and that no emergency assistance was available. Was given a 6 hour window for the estimate and told I didn't need to be home. On the day of after that window, got a call that because of the type of roof they had to reschedule the estimate, since I did need to be home after all. What!?! they've been to my home several times and made repairs - any review of my account would have indicated the roof type. And if that was too much work, they could easily have asked when I scheduled. When I returned the call I was told they couldn't even come out to give an estimate for 23 days. Insane - this was no my fault or error, it was theirs. Do they really think I'll just hang out with my leaking roof for a month before they deign to come look at it? No way, I found someone who could come give an estimate within a couple of days.

Because I had a relatively small number of broken tiles they were able to fit me in within a week of my accepting the estimate. Two guys came out and finished the job in less than two hours - extremely efficient, and clearly experienced in working with tile roofs. They did not break any tiles just by walking on them, which I'm told is a real risk if the workers are not experienced. Price of $373 for the whole job was quite reasonable, and lower than the estimate from a competitor (who's estimator did not even go up on the roof).

They made us wait 2 weeks before they would even come out and look at the needed repair. Then they gave us a service window of 6:30am to 12:00pm. When they showed up at 9:45am we were told that because the fascia was non-standard due to a porch addition, (done by a licensed contractor with permits and approved by the city inspector), they did not want the job. The impression we got was that they have plenty of business and prefer to not take on anything "non-standard". Now we need to start over after losing 2 weeks.

Two workmen arrived on two consecutive days, working most of those days, and were extremely kind in explaining their work. I will gladly have this company evaluate my roof and repair it for wear and tear in the future. I recommend them highly.

Company would only come between the hours of 6AM and 12 noon. That was an unreasonable 6 hour window. I requested a time between 9 AM and noon but they refused.

They were professional knowledgeable. I didn't feel oversold even though I was given what I considered bad news. Everything should be this easy. We've had some bad storms since and no leaks so far!

On 10-13-15 Jeff came to my home, which was 1 day short of 3 weeks after I called, and was outside my front door with the ladder ready to go up. He knew already what I needed but I repeated every thing and also told him where the current leaks were. I told him where it had leaked in the past on most of the roof and the current places. The worst current leak was at the back of the house. He went up on the roof and I went in the house for a few minutes. When I got back out he was no where in sight. He didn't inspect my roof for more than 5 minutes. When I did receive the inspection he put that the front slope had areas where the over lap is marginal to inadequate and the tar paper is worn. He also put that there had been several past leaks on the roof and that the roof is mature with the life expectancy uncertain. Also if there are active leaks then re-roofing of large areas will be required and included were copies of information about roofs. No where did he mention the current leak on the back slope or anywhere else. When I called after receiving the inspection he assured me that the bank would accept it because of the attached printouts. The bank did not accept his inspection. If he wasn't going to even bother with what I needed someone could have at least called me the first day or two and let me know. Instead they made me wait almost 3 weeks for someone to come out. They also gave me a window of time for someone to arrive from 6:30 am to 12:30. She also told me to call the next day after 7:00 am to get a smaller window, which turn out to be 3 hours.

They completed job as agreed. Everyone we spoke to was courteous & professional, on the job & in the office. There was a misunderstanding about the wording of contract & they reworded it immediately. Provided 2 yr warranty against leaks.

We have used Roofsavers in the past and was very pleased with their work. This time it took them a couple of days past original date scheduled to come to our house due to monsoon rains which was understandable, but was worth the wait! Cannot say enough good things about Antonio and Carlos who did the repairs. They were professional, friendly, and very courteous. They did great work and we are again extremely pleased with their repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue to contact them in the future if we need any additional roof work.

Everything about Rsofsavers Locke Roofing is great, from the initial contact to the completion of the work. I have used them before and this experience lived up to my previous experience. When I called for an estimate, I met with their representative who promised an estimate by the end of the day. At 3pm I received the estimate and signed it and faxed it to their office. The next day I got a call to schedule the work. Within a week I had a packet of information in the mail---a "what to expect" type of document. Fortunately, my work was not of an emergency nature and was fine with the six week wait until the next available date. The day before the work, I got a reminder call. At 7am the crew arrived, lead by Tony. Unfortunately, the tiles on my roof are no longer available. However, they did a great job matching tiles and placing the new tiles in an area of the roof not visible from the road, sidewalk or backyard. Tony moved existing tiles to areas where the work was being done. The finished job looks tremendous. The work area was cleaned up well and I am confident that my roof is in excellent shape. I recommend Rsofsavers Locke Roofing without reservation.

Arrived as scheduled. Very friendly, courteous. Apparently long-term employees of this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
