Description of Work: Fixing bad canales/scuppers. I have an old flat roof house and I try to do most of the repairs and maintenance myself. When I need someone to do the stuff I don't feel comfortable with--or can't get right--I call Roofsavers and they fix it. Sometimes it would probably be easier to call them first.

Description of Work: I cant remember the date but it was in the later part of 2015. |we requested shingles that were blown off during a recent storm to be replaced. Because of monsoon activity we were put on a list, which was understandable. When they did the work we could not observe because we could not go up on roof due to health problems, but we told them about shingles that were hanging off the roof. They work on the roof, told us they were done and we paid them. On further inspection we noticed some shingles were still hanging. When they returned they apologized and repaired the shingles and we were told there were more missing shingles on top but they replaced them. I wasn,t happy I had to call them back but I did appreciate their honesty but I won!t use them again nor will I recommend them

Description of Work: Sealed around vents & skylights for leaks. Did a good job. Have used them in the past and each time work has been done very satisfactorily. Will use them again. Called other roofers for repair and only got quotes for new roof. Not what I asked for.

Description of Work: Replaced beams and plywood. Refiled repaired area. Approximately one third of roof on 1600 square foot house with similar repairs to patio roof. Sealed and painted all new wood.

Description of Work: Standard roof inspection. They did a good job. There were some minor issues and they responded immediately and came back.

Description of Work: Very hardworking crew, clean and efficient. Our semi-flat roof was power-washed before the application of the roof coating. Unfortunately, the power-washing blasted off the patches which had been previously applied around the skylight in the bathroom, and water came in around it and under the paint in the ceiling around the light box. Subsequent rains also came in under the paint before we discovered the problem a week later and were able to repatch it. (We still have repair and repainting to do in the bathroom ceiling.) Greater care needs to be taken when cleaning around skylight fixtures, but the overall job was well done.

Description of Work: Past service left a significant defect beneath the master bedroom roof which allow seepage of rain water and ultimately significant mold contamination. Temporary sickness and $6 K remediation was the result. When asked to resolve this problem, I was giver a date 6 weeks form the time of the request. I received help from a more reliable vendor.
