Throughly inspected roof. Gave us a fair estimate and came on time the next day to the job. Workers were polite and efficient. We were very pleased with this contractor.

They were right on time, appeared to do what they committed to. We'll see it hasn't rained yet.

Roof savers listed numerous items in the estimate for prepping our flat roof, but for some reason did not do them all. The men who came to prep and coat the roof seemed unaware of the agreed upon list. It also seemed that they did not scrape out the scuppers, but just coated over what had been done previously. We have had pooling at these scuppers. I pointed this out to the company, but was told that they did scrape the material out before coating. I have since had another company come and fix the scuppers, which are now even with the roof.

I had a very small leak that I originally found because of some brown mold that was starting at the fascia and piece of trim. I took a closer look and both the fascia and trim had already started to rot. Roof Savers thought it was best to change the fascia and trim which was not that bad because it was only about 20 feet long. Roof Savers also recommended that the old roofing be cut back and new flashing be installed around perimeter of the roof. They did all of the work in one day and cleaned up so well I couldn t tell that anyone had worked there, except for the newly installed wood.

They did a reasonable job for a fair price. They were very respectful about being around my house and home. They were very professional about cleaning up their mess.

The original crews sent by the business were prompt, respectful, clean, and did not play loud music when working at my house (a major pet-peeve of mine regarding roofing companies in town). The work done was well done. At the first presumed completion of the project, it became clear in a downpour that a section of rotten wood on the back Ramada was left untouched by the work crew. Upon talking with Mr Locke, the owner, it became clear that the original estimator forgot to include this area of rain damaged wood even though the estimator and I had examined together both the back Ramada and front porch and discussed the areas to repair. I took photos and posted them to the RoofSavers email address and requested that the business owner call me. Mr Locke called me and within a few days came out to look at the problem.He agreed that the work should have been performed and sent a workman over within the week to do the work at RoofSavers expense. During that second repair visit, the workman decided on his own to trim back one of water diverters to the point that the rain water no longer was delivered to the designated site. I emailed and sent photos again to Mr Locke. He promptly called me and within a few days the diverter was reinstalled and now again extends to the correct length. Even though it took a few more visits than expected and a month rather than a week to finish the work and replace the diverter, the finished product is excellent. Since the roof repair was completed we have had several weeks of downpours and there are no leaks at all. Mr. Locke and his crews are very professional, positive, a pleasure to work with. Mr. Locke twice came to my house at the appointed time to assess the issues I brought up. Mr Locke stands by his word. I would hire this company again.

My husband was impressed, and punctual, efficient, and seemed to know what they were doing. We didn't have any unexpected surprises. It has rained since then and there have been no leaks. We had talked to other roof company's and this was the first one to respond.

Roofer came out within 24 hours of first call to check roof and give estimate. Overall, they were punctual and very clean. They were quiet, professional, and courteous. They were happy to explain everything. I am recommending them to everyone and I will have them come back to do maintenance on main roof.

We were very pleased with the end result of their work. The workers themselves were also very pleasant individuals: polite, accommodating, and good at what they do. We have no had any problems with their repair job.

Carlos was very pleasant. He brought his own ladder. He didn't try to sell us a roof when I didn't need one. He said it would still last about 3-5 years He was very honest and very professional.

They were here to do the work just a few days after I called and looked at the problem. They came back quickly to fix everything and I really appreciated that. The problem was fixed properly and I was very happy with them. I even called them to help on my son's roof but they weren't able to do this particular fix so they recommended other places for me, which I thought, was very nice.

We called them at your suggestion at Angie's list. Loctite was used to hold the tiles in place. They came out promptly to do the estimate, but the price was higher because of of finding additional damaged wood and plywood. They came out the next morning and did the work well. The additional cost was unavoidable. We found them prompt, courteous, and they did excellent work. Your assessment was valid and would certainly have them back if needed and not hesitate to recommend them. The money we spent to join Angie's list was well spent.

They gave us an estimate and we arranged for the work. They were on time and on budget.

Ricardo, the estimator, arrived at the house at the time scheduled. He examined both roofs and carefully measured the areas involved. The estimate came in the mail 2 days later. The dollar estimate was better than the one from a competing company. I called to schedule the work. Work crew of 2 people arrived a little before 8 a.m on the scheduled day. I changed my mind on the content of the work. This involved removal and replacement of a roof jack for my cable connection. Leader said no problem. The work was very good and professional. The work was originally scheduled for 2 days, but was completed in about 6 hours by 2 workers. In addition, the main office reduced the price slightly from the estimate, since I chose not to have the roof jack replaced. I am very satisfied with the work.

Roof Saver is definitely one of the better roofing companies in the area and the people are very professional. They come out when they say that they will and have done a great job in honoring the service agreement that they gave us. I also like that they do not push things that we do not need on us and that they do a great job when they are here. When they did our repairs 3 years ago, their price was as good as or lower than the rest of the companies that we interviewed. This is a local company and when we used them the first time, the owner came out to do the inspection and speak with us.

Two years ago, this company installed tile to this exact same portion of the roof. The owner physically came out to evaluate and discuss the situation of the leakage. I was so pleased with their follow up as he stated their work should have stood up. I had no written guarantee. Fortunately, the company without hesitation repaired the tile roof at no charge. This is truly a business who holds themselves accountable and thrives for customer satisfaction.

The repairman showed up on time, and seeing that it was a simple repair, did the work on the spot. Moved the tiles back in place, and added silicone caulking to the flashing joint. Also recommended a reputable roofer that could do the whole roof over, which it will need in the next year or two.

The work was done on the day planned but I found the coating spotty in places. I called the company and they came out the next day to see the roof with me. They agreed that the job was not satisfactory and scheduled a re-coat of the areas in question. Everything is finished to my satisfaction now.

I FELT THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT ABOUT THEIR JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUT COME OF THEIR WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. HAVING MY ROOF PAINTED WHITE HAS HELPED WITH THE HEAT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ROOFING COMPANY THAT DID OUR SHINGLES. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. IT DID NOT TAKE LONG TO DO THE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP THE LEFT OVER SHINGLES AND PICKED UP THE NAILS.
