Roofsavers was by far the best rate. Every aspect of dealing with them was punctual and professional. You couldn't even tell they had been here when they were done (except of course I had a new coating on the roof!).

They were great. They came out and gave us an estimate. They came back to do the work. We would use them again. Their workers were fine. They did not bother us about anything. Roofsavers came out within a day, gave me an estimate and were able to do the job a few days later. They arrived on time and were very conscientious, they couldn't finish the first day but came out first thing the next day and finished. They are very professional and reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again when the need arrives.

I use them so often because they are quick and professional. Part of my roof that they had worked on started to leak, so they prompty repaired it under their warrantee. They do a good job. It might not be right the first time, but they always come back to fix it. At one time, a fascia board was rotten, and they manufactured one on the spot to replace that board. They have the knowledge and the equipment to get the job done. They are also quick and do a fine job!

I e-mailed the company about the leak I saw in the ceiling and requested an estimate. They emailed saying that they would come by on the following day between 7AM and 12AM. I emailed them that evening (well after 5PM) and suggested a later date when I would off for the holidays. The only time I would be home to get an estimate would be between 7AM - 7:30AM. Well, at 7AM I the following morning I receive a phone call from the estimator saying that he's outside. Wow! I didn't expect that. This company evidently says on top of their emails. He came. He looked. He gave his estimate ($200). There was no high pressure sales. Just the facts.. The company came and completed the job and cleaned up. This company offers an Angies List 5% off.but you must ask for it. With the 5% off the bill came to $190. .

They came when they told me they would, they did the work, and the head guy came to check the work that had been done. He saw some nails that were in the wrong place so he had the men come back out to change them so they wouldn?t be showing. This was our second time to use them and we would use them again.

It went well. I wasn't there for the majority of the job, but the gentlemen were very nice when I did talk to them and very professional. They cleaned up perfectly. They were very conscientious.

They came to give us the estimate, arriving when they said they would. They arrived promptly to do the work as arranged, completed the work, and left the site as tidy as they found it, all for the agreed upon price. We had used this company before to replace roof tiles scraped off by our mesquite trees and had always been satisfied with the work. We were not sure whether they would be the right company for this more involved job, but decided to go with them based on their grade on Angie's List. We are happy with the whole experience and we'll definitely use them again if we have any other roofing issues.

The thing that stands out the most is that they were not successful on their first attempt at their repair on the leak, but they came back out and were able to fix it. I appreciate that they stand by their work. It was a tough repair and I was very happy with their service.

They arrived on time and did what they said they would do. They replaced several cracked tile and matched them perfectly. They sealed roof penetrations and cleaned up their work. Thye charged the amount agreed upon form the earlier estimate. Very professional. I would recommend them to friends.

It went great, and we were impressed at how "picky" they were to get every nook and cranny covered and do nice detailed work on all the vents, pipes, etc. We were not expecting them to completely dismantle the scupper drains and reseal them, making sure that there were no areas where water could pool and not exit the drains, so that was a nice surprise. They also used the coating that we had requested, without trying to sell us on any other brand. Another nice aspect was that we were not expected to be home when they did the work, and just left their "service call reports" on the front door letting us know what they did each day, then sent us the bill in the mail. You could probably get a lower price elsewhere, but this place makes you come away feeling that you are getting a great value and quality for what you do pay.

Very nice experience working with them. They also moved up the date of service when I asked to be put on a waiting list. I got a call just two days after that saying they could come sooner, which was great because the monsoons are about to hit and I had a leaky roof.

The work was done to my mother's house. She has the flat roof commonly found in the area and it needed to be re-coated. We had several estimates and liked the attitude and price of this company best, however they were setting up jobs two weeks out and I wanted the work done while I was visiting so my mother would not have to worry about it. When I explained, the estimator called office and arranged to start work the next day! That meant a lot to me. After the coating was applied a small amount of the roof paint was showing on roof flashing and a little overspray got on the patio furniture. I called them back and they came out that day and took care of it. While they were there they must have noticed that I had the cool deck paint out to do some touch-ups (spots unrelated to roofing) and they touched up the cool deck. Never even told me they did that - I just happened to notice when I was walking around later. What a nice surprise. You just don't see that kind of "above and beyond" work ethic very often these days. Would definitely use this company again! There might be other companies out there that could do the job ? but doubt you would get that kind of attention to customer satisfaction.

Two roofers arrived at the appointed time. Both were neat and clean. They immediately went to work and completed the job without delay. They consulted with me on a repair to one tile that allowed birds to get under and build a nest. Upon completion of the work, they cleaned up, presented an invoice (for the same $$ as previously estimated), and departed. I would use ths company again if our roof requires additional work in the years ahead.

They don't try to sell anything. They come to do the repair work and that's all. They're wonderful. I recommend them to friends and family. They're very quick with their work. They guarantee their work, which is great.

Their price was high but since they had done previous roof inspections for my buildings, I decided to have them do the work. Once they started the job, they said they would have to charge me more to remove the underlying roof. That caught me off guard. Because that new price was considerably higher than the original price, I accepted their offer to simply put a new roof on top of the old roof. If I'd had time to think about it, I would have sought other bids for the work. The roof they installed later lifted up and they had come go back and repair it, which they did in a timely manner. Later, when I had a similar roof put on another building by another company (see my other report), I compared that price to what I paid Roof Savers and I felt that Roof Savers' price was much too high for the job. Also, the other roofing company had no problem with the fact that the roof to be removed might take extra work. Instead, they did the job quickly and didn't charge me extra.

All went well. Two roofers took about 30 minutes to complete work.

We got quotes from four different companies and he never even gave me a written quote or a business card. I believed our roof needed to be recoated. He was supposed to be here between 7 am and noon. He was here at 8 am, which was great. He went on the roof and said that the roof was fine and they could do a couple little coatings here and there. He said we had two or three years left and we should utilize that. He was here for less than eight minutes. He left and I didn't even know it. He was going to go back up and give me a price on a few maintenance things. I went back outside about 15 minutes later and he was gone. I was dumbfounded and I was amazed at the different opinions I got. I know a little bit about roofing. I was going to call the owner, but they want you to do everything on the website.

Overall everything went well. One day got rained out and they called and said they could not make it. The next day was a forecast of rain and no one showed up and they did not call. A call would have been nice. They did a fantastic job on the front patio re-tile. It looks great and it has a 2 year guarantee. A questionable spot on the garage roof was noticed and they came back and did a second coat on any areas that looked bad. This was not in the quote and they did it for free.

I had been having a hard time getting estimates after my insurance co. did their assessment. Roofsavers were the first company I found that were professional setting up and following through with the estimate. The estimate was considerably higher than the insurance company's, but I received a check for the difference after Roofsavers faxed their estimate to my insurer. The day the work was scheduled, it rained, as it did the next day. Then came the holiday week-end. Two workers showed up at 7 AM Tuesday morning and began work promptly, finishing around 12:30. The men were friendly and professional. I asked while they were working if anything extra had come up, which is when they showed me the plywood and cooler jack they were replacing, along with the new ones. It hasn't rained yet since the repair, so I can't speak to results, but if further work is needed, I have no doubt they will be just as professional as for everything else.

I felt that the project was professionally handled from start to finish. My original request for work was to just fix the leak. I have subsequently requested and have already received an inspection of the entire roof. I expect the written estimate next week. I already verbally know the cost and feel that it is a very reasonable rate.

They do very good work and it is inexpensive.They fixed what was wrong. It has rained since and nothing is coming through the roof.

They were right here when I needed them and their price was good. Their performance was good, I haven't had a leak. I was pleased to have them.

They were repairing the roof within days of placing the order. They not only repaired what originally was needed, but extended the repairs when they uncovered more problems. All personnel were helpful and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely.
