I had an issue early evening following the initial work, and the technician who was on call for a 24 hour shift came out immediately, and the issue was resolved

They installed the wrong unit... miscommunication at office...they came out the next week and installed the correct air conditioner unit. The two guys who did the work were awesome. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.

D & H did a great job all around. Friendly, knowledgeable employees from repair technicians to engineers to sales rep. We would definitely give these guys a call when our unit finally goes and have them replace it. Great job, immediate response time and no waiting 4 hours for a tech to show up.

D and H arrived EARLY and exceeded my expectations. My tech Cisco was professional, polite and thorough. He answered all my questions then proceeded with the repair. The invoice was detailed and documented with pictures. I also received a senior discount. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone did everything she could to ensure my experience was a good one. I highly recommend D and H. They are now my go to for AC and heating issues.

My A/C stopped working and they were the only company I found with same day appointments. The technician found the problem within 10 minutes, a blower motor replacement needed. He was able to install it the next day! Meanwhile, my house temperature already read 90! He also found a clogging and electrical issues all fixed the next day. My system runs a lot better now, even before my motor broke, truly! They do great work, highly recommend!

We were very impressed with D & H's response time, both the initial contact response after I contacted Home Advisors and with the quick scheduling for that very afternoon! A nice top-off was the technician arriving within the timeframe scheduled. The technician thoroughly explained to my husband what was happening with our AC and how it should be fixed. The work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. We requested estimates on some other items needing attention, which we received timely, and plan on hiring D & H in the future to complete these projects. It's a comfort to know we've found a quality company for our AC/heating needs-finally!

He was very nice and knowledgeable. The price for repair is just a little steep. Need to get more estimates.

The sales person/ comfort consultant was absolutely fabulous he spent a great deal of time explaining to me. Then I had 2 installers who took time to explain everything and made sure that my dog did not get out. Even the girl in the office was great.

D and H is simply the best in the industry. I have no need to try others when we are treated and serviced by the best: management, office personnel and technicians.

The team that handled my heatpump purchase and installation were quick, professional, efficient and friendly. It was a great experience and I recommend them without reservation!

This company is extremely profession and very thorough. I made an appointment to get an estimate done for a large job I was needing done and they had the estimate to me the next day. Not to mention the technician went over the estimate with me over the phone (since I was out of town) and let me know what every single line item was. He also gave me his work number so I wouldn't have to call the office all the time with my questions.

My Technician Kalem was very professional, pleasantl and friendly. He answered all the questions I had and pointed out what we really needed. My new furnace motor was louder then my old one. When called the office Michelle was real friendly and helpful. We exchanged the Motor to a different one with no extra cost. After each job Kalem cleaned up his area very nicely. Kalem came back even a day earlier as scheduled to finish up the job. Overall would give a 10 ......

The guys were very polite. They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the job. They tried there best to keep thing as clean as possible, which is almost impossible, but they did everything they could. Could not be happier.

I have asked for Jacob to service my air conditioner and furnace for the last couple of years because he is so thorough and professional in his work. He is friendly and knowledgeable and explains everything that he does. I am confident that the job is done right with Jacob.

Jacob is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He conducted an inspection of the HVAC system for a home purchase and thoroughly explained what he was looking for and why it was important. He pointed out what items would need to be addressed immediately and provided me several options and estimates which would help the HVAC system run more efficiently.
