Mark serviced our three air units and three heating units.This man is most professional and helpful.He has been to our house three times. During these visits he has been very patient and respectful.We recently bought our retirement home in Arizona and plan on having D and H Air conditioning be our service choice.Thank you Mark.

They arrived on time both for the estimate and the install. The work was done in the estimated amount of time. The estimate was for insurance, and compared to the other company that I had an estimate from, D & H had a more detailed estimate. I knew upfront what this project would cost and the time it would take. I will use them again for any heating and cooling worj that I may need.

arrived before time given, found the problem right away. informed me what the problem was and gave me estimate on repair cost. Repaired of system took about 45 min at price quoted.

They responded quickly to our call and must be very good because they are always booked up days in advanced. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

D&H's technician, Kalem, is a consumate pro. Very methodical in his approach, he performed a thorough maintenance check on our A/C unit, found out the cause of the bad odor we had smelled for a few days, and cleaned up the entire system. Detected electrical issues and showed us why a couple parts needed replacement. No hard-sell, very courteous, made me feel confident that D&H has our backs. We subscribed to D&H's maintenance plan (Guardian) for $16 a month, very affordable option with great discounts on parts & labor. Good experience, we highly recommend D&H Air Conditioning.

Great one on one communication with service needed, service performed and overall findings, recommendations and future service requirements. I am not one to normally pay for services since I am mechanically and electrically able to performed repairs needed. This occasion I new that my system was low on Freon since it was working Longer and freezing. The fact that I had D and H come out to charge system they checked out my entire system therefor giving me a better piece of mind that I wont have a melt down on the hottest day of the summer.

Very professional and thorough. Rescued us from a house that was over 90 degrees! Also presented multiple options and explained each one completely. Awesome!

I was charged $189 for a warranty service I had not requested and did not know I was charged until I saw the bill online.

I think more checks should have been made by Tech. check the drainage from the evaporator check the filters etc.

very professional. Put booties on feet for indoors. Took pictures of all areas that he looked at. Invoice and all pictures were delivered to us via email. Took picture of the date on the ac with expiration date on compressor. Very pleased and like the only one year contract as I lost 4 years when Desert Valley Aire went out of business this year.

A little pricy for diagnosis but they come a long way to Tubac.

Excellent scheduling and efficiency. Accommodated my requests for particular placements of installation items. Moved and restored furniture and wall mountings with care. Did a final checkout on the mini split heat pump system and cleaned up all installation packaging and pieces in a very reasonable time.

Mark came out to do an air conditioning maintenance service. Mark was very professional, put on shoe booties before entering the house. answered any question that I may have had. He showed me all the pictures that he took of my unit and told me what looked look and what might become problems in the near future.
