Description of Work: Andy took out all the clock parts and got the case ready to move. Andy replace the main parts of the 40 year old clock. Once the case was move, Andy came to the house and reinstalled the clock to perfect running order. We would highly recommend Affordable Clock!

Description of Work: He repaired a valuable pendulum clock with a broken mainspring. Everything about the transaction was great except that it took a long time - about 7 weeks. But, he told me out front that it would take about that long, and he delivered it when he said he would.

+ -1 moreAndy was great. He met us promptly and was able to fix the clock for much less than anyone else's estimate. He was also able to give us some history of the clock. We knew it was older, but he was able to date it as pre-Civil War. Would definately use again and recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreI called Andy up as I found his name on Angie's List. We discussed our grandfather clock and set up a day and time for him to come over. Andy arrived right on time. He spent some time explaining the clock to me (family clock made by my Father-in-Law) and the workings of the clock as well as the do's and don'ts. Andy cleaned, serviced, and check it. I have had this same clock serviced by another business and they charged double and didn't really do much. Since I was so pleased with this service, I brought out another antique, mantel clock that hasn't worked in years. He took it home and serviced and brought it back within a week. Both clocks are running great. He gave me a price up front before he came over, so no surprises. Great Work!!
Description of Work: Andy cleaned and performed a minor tune up on our 45 year old grandfather clock. In addition, he took another antique mantel clock home with him to service, check, and return.

Description of Work: Our grandfather clock didn't work. (It came with the house we bought.) I called Andy Gerrish. He came out the same day. at the time he had promised. He took the clock apart and fixed it. Andy is a very personable man and a hard worker. His price was most fair.
