Andy was excellent. He was prompt, returned calls quickly, did the work he said he would, and returned the clock when he said it would be finished. The final price was a little below the maximum we had agreed to, as he said he didn't need to replace as many parts as he had anticipated. I couldn't be happier and would hire him without hesitation.

Adam was very professional. He was curteous and arrived when he said he would making sure he was maintaining CDC guidelines to keep me safe. He went above and beyond and got my grandfather clock working again and his charge was very reasonable.

Antique clock was repaired on site within half an hour. Battery operated clock was taken and returned in a week and working properly. Grandfather clock was repaired on site and working within half an hour. Chimes were ordered and replaced in a week. All clocks are functioning properly now. I can now listen to the chimes on my mother’s antique clock which I had never heard before. The cost of all repairs was very reasonable and much less than what I expected.

Punctual, professional and took great care in explaining, what was going on, while trouble shooting. Took the guts and brought them back a week later - functioning great.

My husband brought the clock in and picked it up when it was finished. He said that Andy was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Our clock sounds good and has been running smoothly. We would definitely recommend him! I gave him a B on responsiveness only because it took awhile to connect with him. His website did say that he had family issues and that a call back would occur in 5 days. I had to call a second time and he returned that one immediately. I don't fault him for that as a clock issue is not an emergency and he was forthright about it on his website.

Excellent work. Job was performed quickly in one week. Had received estimates from clock shops on Broadway and Oracle/orange grove in Tucson. His work was a fair price for what had to be done. Would/will seek him out if further problems in the next 20 years!

Andy is a great guy to work with. My clock had taken it upon itself to keep ringing the hour chime until the spring would no longer lift the evil hammers. The problem was caused by a bent part. To repair, Andy manufactured and replaced the part. Along the way he provided preventative maintenance by cleaning and replaced grommets. This was above and beyond the original scope of the work. There was no added charge for this work. The clock is home and providing appropriate harmonics and telling time better then ever. Andy is the man - a real clock whisperer, good communicator, honest, fair, and caring of customers and clocks alike.

Andy is very friendly and knows clocks! I highly recommend him for your clock woes. It is very rare that you will find any maintenance/business person who will arrive and repair a very minor issue and not charge you for it. This speaks volumes as to the integrity and character of that person. Thank you Andy, you have just won all of my future clock business.

Andy knew exactly why the hand was caught and why.  Turned out is was a small pin in the center which was dislodged.  He was able to straighten the hand; fix the pin and re-tune the clock so that the chimes went in the order they were supposed to happen [didn't know this was even possible]
We would highly recommend him for future service.  He knows his clock

Very bad. Grandfather clock is worse than it was and schoolhouse clock does not work at all. Servicman was rude.

The mantle clock has, well, run like a clock since I got it back. Chimes away and keep pretty accurate time now. The golden hour still has issure but Mr Gerrish has been very cooperative about getting the bugs out.

Recently, we heard a loud and quot;bangand quot; and discovered that the main spring had snapped in a 75-year old Sessions mantle clock that we own. I called several places that do clock repair and none of them would even give me any idea of how much the repair would cost. Then I looked at the Angie's List website and selected this provider based on all of the consistently good reviews that I found. I wasn't disappointed when I called Andy, and he gave me a price range estimate over the phone. Andy keeps his overhead low by working out of his garage, so he definitely saved us money compared to clock repair businesses with a storefront. The quality of his work was excellent... we brought the clock home, started it up, and it is running well and keeping perfect time.

The repair took about 5 weeks; however, Andy told us up front how long it would take. Obviously, anyone who does high-quality work at very reasonable prices is going to be very busy. Andy also runs the clock after the repair for a week before returning it to the customer, so you can be confident that the clock is in good working order.

Since we live about an hour from Andy, it was a little bit difficult to schedule a time when Andy would be home so that we could drop off the clock and pick it up when it was finished; however, that inconvenience was minor. We own 6 antique clocks, and now that we have found Andy, we won't even consider going anywhere else the next time one of them needs repaired. We can recommend Andy very highly to others, because he is honest, very reasonably-priced, and does high quality work! You won't be disappointed.

I have a 30 year old grandfather clock that has not worked for several years. I had someone else try to repair it without success. When Andy came he saw that the inside was very rusted and the chime hammers out of alignment. He worked over 2 hours cleaning and correcting and chime hammers. Even then, he gave me a 30% chance that the clock would work correctly. But, it started to run and Andy checked all the chime times to make sure they were accurate. He could not say if the clock would continue to run, but he gave it his best try. It is 3 weeks later and the clock is running fine. Andy takes great pride in his work and it shows.

Andy assisted me with getting my grandfather clock running again, and then very carefully helped me move it to a different house in the same neighborhood. He was very efficient and effective with both aspects of this project. He was extremely careful, was courteous, was on-time, and asked a very fair price for his work. I would definitely use his services again, if they were needed.
