Sunny Energy has been nothing more than pleasant to work with. All the staff I've come in contact with have been very helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to get things done and even throw in a free critter guard around the solar panels. After care is also above and beyond. Someone comes out to your house to explain everything you need to know about your panels and monitoring your system. The warranties on their products are excellent. I will definitely be going back to Sunny Energy if I ever move again.

After researching several companies, I believe Sunny energy was not only the best value, but also the best service and most concerned professionals.

When we decided to move to AZ a few months ago I knew that solar was going to be one thing that was on the top of my list to have installed on our house. Where we came from â MSâ the availability of solar is pretty much â 0â , mainly due to the amount of shading from trees and absolutely no support of it by the state. I have a background in electronics â pretty much everything with electricity flowing through itâ and knew all the basics about solar already. After moving here I started researching what is currently available at the time and then set out to start meeting with companies and getting quotes. We didnâ t have to look far, as within a week of moving in we had multiple door-to-door solar sales people knocking, all trying to get our business. All of the door-to-to door people were high pressure sales, trying to get us to purchase / lease as big of a system as they could sell us â hoping we didnâ t know betterâ , those I ushered right out. I met with about a dozen companies including the door-to-door people, and narrowed our search down to three companies, one happen to be Sunny Energy. Our sales person â Mikeâ , was one of the easiest sales people to deal with, he was laid back, not high pressure, and he didnâ t try to over sell us a system that would not be worth our ROI. The other two companies were actually more interested in what they were selling us as both of them immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand $ more, that pretty much cinched the deal with me. All the equipment Sunny Energy is high end equipment too, nothing cheap or short lived about it. The system comes with a 25year warranty on top of it. The REC panels they use are one of the top rated panels on all the review sites, and the Solar Edge converter is one of the most efficient available. We didnâ t have to do anything after signing either; Sunny Energy took care of all the permits and paperwork. They designed the system layout for optimum performance â they didnâ t just throw it up on the roof not worrying about where the panels were facingâ . Their installation crew was even showed up early to do the install and had everything installed in just under three hours â very impressive for the amount of work they didâ . After everything was approved and the switches thrown everything worked perfectly, no going back and trying to figure out what went wrong, â actually had a neighbor experience that after going with a different company and they had to come back twice to figure out why the system wasnâ t working rightâ . I really like the Solar Edge monitoring platform; we can watch all of our solar production and see just how much we are producing on a daily basis, anxious to see the impact on the APS bill. Over all I would give Sunny Energy 5 out of 5 stars as they were honest about what we needed, nothing high pressure and they were always happy to answer any question we had about the system. They also kept us fully informed every step of the way from start to finish.

I really want to recommend Sunny Energy. They have been nothing but helpful and communicative during the entire experience. Right from the start they were over the top helpful. When the panels were to be installed, I noticed that they were not where we wanted them. I immediately called my sales rep who got in touch with the "boss". The crew actually turned around (they had already left) and returned to move the panels into the correct placement. The crew were happy and friendly and didn't seem to mind at all. Truly over the top service. I am so glad I went with Sunny Energy.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the initial in-home consultation, to the installation, to responding to my follow up questions and requests this company (and particularly their customer service rep - Melanie Love) has been professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Nearly every question or text received a response in less than two hours. Within a year I had them back out to install three more panels. The system was exceeding the original production estimates so I added more.. My level billing is $50.......yes $50 in Arizona!

I am very happy with my solar and Sunny Energy. During installation, some of my siding was damaged. The installer was honest and didn't hide it, he showed it to me and said the company would fix it. They did fix it. Melanie trouble-shot a fix, and even came out on a holiday. I'm grateful.

Sunny Energy did an excellent job explaining and installing our solar system on our home. The did everything they said they would on schedule. Good and timely support for any questions before and after installation. We were out of town at the time of installation and they kept us informed through all phases. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Sunny Energy LLC for exceeding my expectations regarding the purchase and installation of my home solar system. When I initially approached Sunny Energy, I had very little understanding of how a solar system worked, the cost of a system, return on investment and all of the other benefits of going solar. We had an excellent Sales Representative who was very knowledgeable and was able to present me with a very compelling rationale for moving forward with the purchase. Once the contract was signed, Sunny Energy took over and professionally managed the entire installation. The site survey, system design, permits, physical installation, connection to APS and turning the system on was all handled by Sunny Energy with little or no involvement on my part. Once the system was installed, I was thoroughly trained on how to the use monitoring system which I happen to find very useful. If I had to select a solar system vendor again, and knowing what I know today, there would be absolutely no hesitation on my part in selecting Solar Energy. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sunny Electric to anyone considering an investment in solar.
