Description of Work: They did body work on an expensive English car. I went to them to avoid the ridiculous prices of the dealership. They did an outstanding job and finished the job on time. I felt the price was fair and I enjoyed working with these people.

Description of Work: I have been in two accidents before and used a different company. They were ok, but now that I have been here, I am spoiled! I am so happy to have found First Class! They were great! Excellent service, had my car finished in just one week. It was clean inside and out! The body repair was perfect! The took great care of me and my car! I called on my way there to see where the nearest car rental place was, they texted me the phone number. So I was able to set it up prior to arrival. Once there, Wally came out, carefully assessed the damage and wrote up the estimate, answered my questions directly, (no vague guesstimates! That's new.) in 15 minutes I was on my way! I was told a fair price and told it would take bout 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. One week later, I got the call, the work was complete! ( wow, it usually takes longer the the time given, I'm shocked!) I went to pick up my car, paid, got my keys, looked at the work ( amazing, looks better than new!) it was spotless inside and out! Got inside and it smelled nice, the first thing I noticed was the floor mats had been cleaned, clearly it was detailed very very well! I took it in for damage to the bumper, so I didn't expect a detail. What a pleasant surprise! Overall: treated with respect, given realistic and obtainable deadlines and a perfect quote with a bonus of a detail job. I love this place, intend on recommending everyone I know and I won't return to the shops. Special Thanks to the team at First Class!!

Description of Work: Put a clear bra on a brand new Mercedes for me. Workmanship was excellent. Estimated length of time for job was off by an hour, but understandable. Overall excellent job, and good value for job done, and yes, I will used them again. I would recommend them to others.
