Let me say that ive raised 5 kids so needless to say ive been in and out of body shops for years. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and courteous manager , Fernando , until repairs were completed and to my surprise car was cleaned inside and out this was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend Fernando and First Class Auto Body

They did a great job, in addition to the repairs, they pretty much detailed the rest of the car, looked better than it has in years, almost new. When I got it home I noticed a couple spots where it looked like the paint was worn down to the metal, called, and went back. Apparently it was like that when I took it in, as they had pictures, but they had some paint left from the repair job, and touched it up, gratis. Great work, great to work with.

We had a very good experience. Everything went well.

This place has been my go-to body shop for decades.  Years ago, I had my Nana's Gremlin that needed some work, and didn't know where to go.  I went to an antique car show at a mall put on by a club, and asked the car club guys who they would recommend.  They sent me to Lundgren's First Class and I'm glad they did...  I have always been happy with whatever work was done. When my tree fell on my neighbor's BMW, we took it there, and he said that the work was great and not as expensive as other places he had used in the past.  Just love this place.

I side-swiped my truck fender with my garage wall.  It looked terrible.  After the repair was done, the truck looked brand new.

Very well. Originally estimated to take 4 days for repair; took a couple of days longer, but not a problem in this case since I had already taken delivery of a new replacement car and was merely getting the Honda in shape for a private sale. Had used this outfit once before for repairs to the same Honda, resulting from a truck backing in to the car's trunk while parked in a shopping center.

These guys do, in fact, "first class" work and are cooperative, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Not the lowest estimate on the two occasions I've needed repair work, but "in the ballpark" on each and quality is great. I guess if I have to go through a couple more repair jobs with them on this Honda, it will end up "showroom perfect"! Good outfit -- would use them again! JNW

Although I purchased two car detailing services, I did not abide by the time limit, which ultimately ran out.  I have no idea what level of service this business can provide.  I understand that the time line ran out, but I truly wish that the company would have contacted me because, indeed, I did pay for a provided service, which I never received.  It is unfortunate that this came to pass--I learned my lesson...don't buy a service if there's a time limit imposed.

It was excellent.  He was happy.  He didn't complain about anything.  The price was good.

Highly recommend them for any auto body work. They always try their best and go beyond. 

This was a Big Deal with Angie's List and well worth the price and the service was excellent-
