I have had several vehicles there, I have never been disappointed.

Let me say that ive raised 5 kids so needless to say ive been in and out of body shops for years. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and courteous manager , Fernando , until repairs were completed and to my surprise car was cleaned inside and out this was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend Fernando and First Class Auto Body

They did a great job, in addition to the repairs, they pretty much detailed the rest of the car, looked better than it has in years, almost new. When I got it home I noticed a couple spots where it looked like the paint was worn down to the metal, called, and went back. Apparently it was like that when I took it in, as they had pictures, but they had some paint left from the repair job, and touched it up, gratis. Great work, great to work with.

This place has been my go-to body shop for decades. Years ago, I had my Nana's Gremlin that needed some work, and didn't know where to go. I went to an antique car show at a mall put on by a club, and asked the car club guys who they would recommend. They sent me to Lundgren's First Class and I'm glad they did... I have always been happy with whatever work was done. When my tree fell on my neighbor's BMW, we took it there, and he said that the work was great and not as expensive as other places he had used in the past. Just love this place.

I side-swiped my truck fender with my garage wall. It looked terrible. After the repair was done, the truck looked brand new.

Originally estimated to take 4 days for repair; took a couple of days longer, but not a problem in this case since I had already taken delivery of a new replacement car and was merely getting the Honda in shape for a private sale. Had used this outfit once before for repairs to the same Honda, resulting from a truck backing in to the car's trunk while parked in a shopping center. These guys do, in fact, "first class" work and are cooperative, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Not the lowest estimate on the two occasions I've needed repair work, but "in the ballpark" on each and quality is great. I guess if I have to go through a couple more repair jobs with them on this Honda, it will end up "showroom perfect"! Good outfit -- would use them again! JNW

Although I purchased two car detailing services, I did not abide by the time limit, which ultimately ran out. I have no idea what level of service this business can provide. I understand that the time line ran out, but I truly wish that the company would have contacted me because, indeed, I did pay for a provided service, which I never received. It is unfortunate that this came to pass--I learned my lesson...don't buy a service if there's a time limit imposed.

It was excellent. He was happy. He didn't complain about anything. The price was good.

The purchase was fine and I actually I think we gave that as a gift to my mother.I never actually had experience with them, but I know she was happy with the results.

The shop was great. We left our van there for the day. They cleaned it inside and out. Both the interior and exterior looked like brand new when they were finished. We couldn't be happier.

I wanted the truck detailed because after the heating core leaked on the passenger front floor/carpet it developed a stale smell. It had also sat with expired tags for 2-3 years further contributing to the stale smell. I don't know if they forgot to clean the carpets or what happened, but they did not do anything to get rid of the stale smell. When I picked it up, it smelled the same. They told me it was the smell of the leather. However, I have had leather seats in older vehicles before and they never smelled bad. Additionally, there was dust, dirt and little rocks in the driver side front door compartment. Obviously they did not wipe this out. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that since I was an Angies list customer that they were not going to charge me extra for the Land Rover being an "over-sized vehicle". FYI the Angie's List "deal" did not state that they may be extra charges for larger vehicles. Moreover, they claim that small dings can be removed for $50. However, when I asked about pricing I was told $200 - $300! Their advertised and actual pricing are different. What they did well: I was not able to pick the truck up the next day so they kept it overnight. Overall: Stale smell not removed, interior dust/dirt/rocks remained, pricing not consistent.

Had the car for the whole day and boy did the car need it. had not had a wax or even a wash in a long time. got the car locking almost like new and even cleared all the hard water marks off of the headlights. With the Angies list coupoun it was a great deal at 100$ would still probably use the service at full retail.

They did a very nice job on the car, and a fair price as well. My only critique would be that they appeared to have missed waxing one panel on the car, as water didn't bead on just that panel. Had they been a little closer, we live 40 miles away, we would have taken it back and I am sure they would have made good on it, as they were great to deal with.

It went well - but workmanship and quality could of been a bit better. I have a vintage car ( 1965 Buick Skylark ) and am very particular about any work done on it.

My SUV looks great and all the people I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Dent repair was performed by a subcontractor who needed 3 hours to do the work. Subcontractor charged $200 for dent repair (original estimate was $150). Since First Class had estimated $300 for the entire job ($150 for dents, $150 for detailing), Jared absorbed the extra $50 which was charged by the subcontractor. Dent removal was great!!! Detailing job was great!!! It's a pleasure to deal with the First Class folks. I'll be bringing my other auto to them for detailing in a few days. Highly recommended.
