He was available, on time and the price was fantastic. He has been in the business all his life, so you cannot throw anything at him that he doesn?t know, and is a nice individual. He did not rush, even though he took longer than he thought and he did not charge me for all the time he was here. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

He was on time, courteous, and generated confidence in his capabilities. He took the time to explain why the wiring was incorrect as he repaired. He came back a few days later and said that he overcharged me and refunded the money. I hadn't even noticed. I recommend him highly for his integrity and workmanship. A rare combination!

He was very thorough in explaining options for the new lighting and demonstrating them. Bill installed our new halogen fixtures and was very careful to protect our cabinetry and granite counters. The job is flawless and the lights work and look great! I would highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future.

The owner of the company answered my call right away and was at my house about an hour later. I had been over a week without hot water, trying to get the problem fixed by plumbers and electricians through my home warranty service who were very unskilled and unreliable. Electric Solutions came to my house and identified the problem quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. They appear to be very knowledgeable and acted professionally.

He came out withing a few hours of me calling him to do a temporary wiring fix to get our A/C back on. He then gave us a cost estimate for a permanent fix. We made an appointment for the repair and he arrived at our scheduled time. He was very personable and genuinely friendly. He explained all the work done in detail and answered all my questions.

We called Bill on Sunday, 2 days before New Year's Day and set up an appt. for him to come out on New Year's Day, which was above & beyond what we'd expect on a big holiday. Bill arrived on time and went right to work, doing an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable! He completed the work in about 4 hours and we thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. We will use him for all our electrical needs in the future.

The problem was an obvious one in that an electrical outlet had shorted out causing the partial power failure. The owner and his son were nice enough but I felt that the $118.00 charged was too much for 15 minutes of work, especially when the very same outlet was adjusted and inspected by him a few months earlier.

Bill and Grant were able to come out the day I called. They were very professional and neat. They took their time to ensure my satisfaction. They offered me options in fixing the problems.

Bill is extremely conscientious, and not only does good electrical work but cleans up after himself and even patches drywall when necessary because of new boxes, etc.

He cleaned and tightened the front door light which was operating on a sensor but it still did not work. He returned several days later and fixed it and installed the motion light. He also said he would return if there were any problems with the light.

The owner, Bill Nichols appeared to be very knowledgeable and had all the equipment one would suspect a professional electrician to possess. He was very personable and took time to explain what steps he was taking in order to troubleshoot the problem. I know the problem was a difficult one to locate, hence the extremely long time to effect a repair. Frankly I was surprised at the high charges, but at the same time I understood that this was not a routine fix and this was a weekend repair call. Bill was on-time, a gentleman, and proceeded in a professional manner.

I felt very safe with Bill Nichols in my home, and he did a great job. He's honest and gets the work done.

When I called Electric Solutions, I was impressed with Bill's honesty; "It's difficult taking calls within the field, so if I haven't called you back in two days, please give me another call." Bill was able to come on a Saturday-just about 4 days after we spoke. He arrived right on time,and completed the first phase of the work. Since we were going to have Bill do additional work, he stated we would "settle-up" on the bill after Phase 2. This impressed me that he trusted us to call him back once we purchased the fans. Again, a quick response and turn-around time. However, this time, Bill was about 45 minutes late. Work was completed in what seemed an appropriate amount of time. He has all the tools he needs to complete the work. When installing the fans, he protected the carpet and other furntiture with tarps. Bill is personable, and will certainly call for future jobs. We are very satisfied with his work. Extremely reasonably priced.

OVERALL, BILL WAS SATISFACTORY. HE DID MISS OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT, BUT APOLOGIZED FOR THE OVERSIGHT AND RESCHEDULED US RIGHT AWAY.

I RECEIVED A CALL THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT CANCELING THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS LEFT IN A BIND BECAUSE I NEEDED THE WORK DONE ON THE DAY SCHEDULED. THE APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN SET MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS COMPANY. MY INITIAL PHONE CALL WAS NOT RETURNED, BUT WHEN I CALLED A SECOND TIME THE OWNER SCHEDULED THE SERVICE CALL FOR THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED BY ME. ARRIVAL AT MY HOME WAS REASONABLY ON TIME, WORK COMPLETED WAS EXCELLENT, CLEAN UP EXCELLENT AND ALSO GREATLY APPRECIATED. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

BILL NICHOLS, THE OWNER, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY INITIAL MESSAGE. WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS WELL PREPARED FOR THE JOB. HE FIXED EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. HE WAS PLEASANT TO MY FAMILY AND WE FELT HE WOULD HONOR HIS WORK.
