Small jobs welcome

"Note: This is my first time using a professional cleaner. If I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would. She worked for 4 hours. She vacuumed all the carpets, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floors, dusted, washed dishes, made the beds, cleaned my stove and oven, cleaned the mirrors and more! She was friendly and professional. There were small things like some crumbs on the kitchen counter, some dirt from emptying a mop bucket in the bathroom sink, a bit of dust on my desk that were missed, but for all the work she did, that was small stuff. She also took out the trash for me as she was leaving. I would recommend her to anyone. The place smells clean and fresh too!"

"The best of the best. Really care about my property and the guests in my Airbnb. They have been cleaning my home for 4 years now. I have referred them out to friends for cleaning a few times now. Highly recommend."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.

Roof cleaning isn’t a necessity, but it can drastically improve your home’s curb appeal and even prolong the life of your roof, so it’s often a great investment. It’s especially a good idea if shaded parts of your roof experience algae or moss growth, which can damage the shingles and hold water against them, increasing the risk of a roof leak.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

You should not clean roof shingles if the roof has damage like missing shingles or low spots where water may accumulate. You should focus on repairing the roof before any cleaning process occurs. If you notice roof damage as you’re climbing on the roof to clean it, stop immediately. Call a roofing pro to make repairs. Cleaning a roof that has damage could lead to pooling water or water damage to the roof decking. The roof cleaning process removes mold and mildew, making the roof look better. It is not going to fix physical damage, though.

Soft washing chemicals typically consist of a mix of sodium hypochlorite (or a chemical component of bleach) and water. While sodium hypochlorite and bleach are often thought to be the same thing, there is one small but key difference between the two: sodium hypochlorite comes in powdered rather than liquid form, which means that it’s also more concentrated and more effective from less product overall.
