Description of Work: I found German Roofing on Angie's List when we needed a new roof in our old house. We were so impressed with them that when we moved last year, and our new home needed a new roof (we knew that from the inspection) we didn't hesitate in calling Manuel at German Roofing for the work. His crew was tidy, punctual, and cleaned up daily. Our new roof fixed all the leaks, and we couldn't be happier!

Description of Work: Checked, cleaned and made minor repairs to a concrete tile residential roof. Two technicians reset some tile that had come loose and used a leaf blower to clean out debris from under the tiles. They used an adhesive to repair a few tile that were broken. I was satisfied with the work done for the price. The only complaint was that I was left with a lot of debris to clean up after they left. Since they had the equipment there, it would have been easier for me if they at least blew the debris into one spot. Several days later i got an estimate for total tear-off and replacement of flashing etc. That was good to have but not something I will do in the immediate future.

We did more for this customer than just take photos and show them photos of the roof. This customer purchased the tile roof tune up deal and the deal services were performed. They were also given photos and estimates for any additional work they needed that was not covered under the $149 tune up deal. They never indicated they were unhappy with the tune up deal. If they had indicated they were unhappy with any of the tune up deal we would have offered to resolve any issues, or offer them a full refund. Below is the details of the services they received for $149. I will also include the proposals the customer was given for additional work. Thank you, Dianna Here's the Deal: •$149.00 Tile roof tune up option •Complete roof inspection for one- and two-story homes – checking for broken, cracked, slipped and missing tiles •Refastening or renailing up to 25 tiles (tile replacement, if required, is additional) •Inspecting all plumbing or heating flashings – checking for broken or missing components, collars and caps •Resealing up to five plumbing or heating flashings •Inspecting all valleys for damming •Inspecting gutters •Hauling away roof repair debris •Other areas in need of maintenance will be brought to the homeowner's attention and an estimate for additional work presented •$149 Shingle roof tune up option •Package includes: a roof inspection, minor roof repairs, caulking exposed nail heads on flashing, resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents, and chimney flashing up to four penetrations, and any other general maintenance •Checking for interior leaks that may not be noticeable from the exterior of your home •Providing photos of other areas in need of repair and a summary report on any potential plan of action (if needed) The Real Deal: Protect and maintain the integrity of your tile roof for years to come with this cost-saving deal! ______________________________________________________________________________________ □× This repair applies to @ 360 sq ft of tile roof repair by chimney area 20x18, build cricket behind chimney. Description of Work: Workers failed to notify me that they had tripped a breaker in my back yard, and used my extension cord to tap power from the front of the house. Only time will tell the quality of their work on my garage roof. Timeliness and clean up were satisfactory.

Description of Work: I used them for a roof inspection. They located the tiles that where loose and renailed them. They took pictures of all the damage I have and areas that need work. They replaced the tiles that where loose and fell off during the inspection at no cost to me. The provided a timely estimate of all the work that needs to be done.

Timing was adjusted slightly due to weather but very dependable, kept site clean and took progress photos as requested. Description of Work: Had a couple of leaks, probably due to rain storms. |Inspected roof, replaced underlayment, flashings, broken tiles and worn base plywood as necessary. |They had to come back out to fix a new leak. They were prompt and easy to work with throughout. |Would recommend. They do free inspections, too. FYI

Description of Work: Replaced patio roofing (10'x 30'). They were in and out. Cleaned up any mess from taking off the old roofing. I would certainly recommend them to anybody and will use them in the future. Their quote was fair and they had a better warranty. Their customer service called me back after the job to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great customer service.

This customer states that we never returned phone calls which indicates that she calles more than once and left a message... this would never happen ... maybe it would be possible that somehow we could have missed a message by either accidentally deleting a message or maybe a message not going through, but we would never purposefully not return a phone call. I have seen during busy times of rain that sometimes it may take a couple business days to get back to a customer who has left a message as we only have one scheduler who cannot always get back to everyone in the same business day, which can occasionally upset some customers as some expect a call back right away which cannot always happen. We do our best to get back to everyone asap and call back customers in the order we receive the messages. I do apologize if we weren't able to get back to you as quickly as you were wanting. We do appreciate all of the patience of our customers and ask for understanding that we are a small family owned business and cannot always get back to everyone right away. Thank you, Dianna
