We initially had a miscommunication due to efforts to contact our tenants, but German Roofing handled the problem professionally and we were very satisfied with their communicaiton and their efforts to work so diligently around the schedules of the tenants to get the job completed

Called and set an appointment for some simple roof repairs. German Roofing never showed up or called back to reschedule.

German Roofing completes some minor repairs on my roof. The work was done while I was not home and everything was done as discussed prior. German Roofing also made a list of additional suggested work to be done. I declined the additional work. Each person I spoke to was pleasant and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and correctly on the first attempt. I would work with German Roofing again.

Manuel Garcia, German Roofing's estimator is a very pleasant and sincere man. German Roofing's crew that performed the work was always on time and always very cordial and polite. This crew worked all day and at the end of the day made sure everything was left picked up and clean. We were very pleased with them.

Replaced broken roof valley and underlay on part of the roof.

Work was beautiful and done on time. Clean-up was spotless. I truly got my money's worth.

I was very pleased with them. They were very flexible and gave me couple of discounts for being older. They were able to reinforce the roof over the patio instead of redoing it and I was very happy with that. They were out here almost immediately and did everything on time.

They did the job quickly and professionally, and kept the yard clean. They did not charge a cent over their estimation. I will ask them to replace another roof.

They started working on the roof, replacing tiles, preparing and sealing any holes in the roof area around stand pipes and so on. I asked some questions concerning some rot occuring on the facisias around the house. I was giving good honest answers about that and given an approximate replacement time frame for a roof replacement and cost. I would definitely recommend them to others needing roofing work done.

Two men arrived a little bit late because the morning was a little to cold to do the work. But they got right to work and finished the work in three hours. Very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up completely and nothing was disturbed.

I have used German roofing in the past for a complete re-roof of my home and was exceptionally pleased with the work done and the price charged. Manuel and his crew are rare in the fact that I felt completely secure in their honesty and their workmanship. From the good experience that I ha on two occasions with them, I will definitely use them in the future.

Simply put I decided to go with the other company based on price. My experience with German Roofing was good.

I have a 20 year old concrete tile roof. Some tiles have started to crack due to age and fall to the ground during the monsoons. Manual inspected the roof and provided a detailed summary of the condition of the roof and the repairs needed. My impression is that Manuel is very detail oriented and would do a good job. My insurance company had previously inspected the roof and estimated the repairs should cost about $600. Manual estimated $659 after the Angie's List discount. I intend to get a second estimate just to compare.

Manuel is absolutely fantastic. He came out same day for a quote and when they came back to do the work a few days later, his team was on time, the price was right, and they did great work. I'd use him and his team again in a heartbeat.

We purchased the post monsoon roof tune up and inspection Big Deal for $49. We called them to set up an appointment and were scheduled quickly and efficiently. The guy that came out was actually early, so fortunately I was home at the time. He was polite and explained what he had found on the roof in terms of the number of broken tiles, flashing issues, and what problems it could cause if not repaired. He emailed an estimate to us for the repairs, and I had to request the pictures that were supposed to be included since those weren't sent with the first email. There were many pictures and a detailed estimate for the types of repairs. The company seemed very organized and professional, and I would have felt comfortable using them. Their estimate was, however, nearly twice the amount of another estimate that we got from another highly rated company (even with the $100 discount from the Big Deal), so we went with the less expensive company and were very satisfied.

Arrived on time and was very friendly. Gave us a written estimate of a couple minor repairs that need to be done, and explained everything to us. We'll be contacting them after the new year to get the repairs dones.

I purchased a $49 Angie's List big deal for a "Post-Monsoon Roof Tune-Up". Manuel came out to inspect the roof and found several cracked tiles. He provided an estimate to repair the tiles and gave me a $150 credit for the Angie's List big deal. If the roof had not needed any repairs, I would have been unsatisfied with the $49 big deal (which was simply a 10 minute inspection of the roof without checking the attic). However, the pricing for the additional repairs and the credit more than made up for the poor value of the Angie's List deal. I would recommend this company for roofing, but would not recommend purchasing the "roof tune-up" deal unless you are certain that you need repairs completed.

I was impressed that they repaired the tiles and did not charge me fore the service even though the damage was not caused by their workmanship.

They did a great job repairing our roof. When the workers were done they cleaned everything up.

They were on time, worked around my wife's work schedule. The work was accomplished quickly and no mess was left behind at all

no problems; everything went fine.

They arrived when they said they would and performed the work in the estimated time. I didn't even have to be here when they worked on it. When they got the tiles removed they showed me the damage that had occurred. When they finished they did a great job of cleanup all around the house. They were very professional and hard workers.

Arrived on time, did the work properly. Took nearly two weeks to send over an estimate after the initial visit however.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the work done by German Roofing. The owner is an honest guy and very nice. I enjoyed working with him. The work went smoothly, right on time and the overall quality is good. My only complaint (the reason for the 'B' rating) is the lack of a thorough clean up. I went on the roof several days after they were finished and found roughly 100 nails sitting on the roof, in the gutter, and scattered about. Also, there were a significant number of nails on the ground around the house and on my deck. I have a young daughter so I was very concerned about her stepping on a nail, so I had to spend a considerable amount of time walking the perimeter, making sure I found them all. This should have been something the crew did.
