excellent - fast, any issues were quickly resolved when identified. any small damage was quickly repaired.

So far so good. They performed the service and after one small rain, no leaks visible. They cleaned-up their work so well that it was difficult to see that they had been here They even sent someone out to inspect the repairs to verify completion. One note: They appear to be very busy, after a large rain, so a little patience is necessary for scheduling.

The gentleman showed up on time, was very polite and respectful, and the quote was given within 2 days. The quote was higher than another one, but I still haven't decided which roofer I will engage.

Went very well! Had work done day after inspection of roof , time to complete from start to finish was approx. 2.5 days. Very good 2 man crew! Hats off to them for a job well done!!!

We received an quote from them, and they told us we would have to change the whole roof. They wanted to put on an whole entire new roof. It was horrible. They didn't come in time, they said the email didn't work, so they couldn't send me a quote. The quote they gave me was to change the roof. I look up, and for what they were offering was acceptable, it just was not necessary.

It was supposed to be a simple roof tune-up. But they couldn't keep appointments, never answer their phone (always voicemail) and can't keep their excuses straight between their dispatcher and the worker who was 100 minutes late for the "first stop on his schedule" at 1pm on a Saturday - without ever giving the courtesy of a phone call. I finally told them to not bother and I'll find another roofer who understands basic professionalism and customer service.

What a great job. They suggested how to do it correctly and not cut corners at very little additional cost. The guys were very competent technically and knew exactly what had to be done to fix a flat room and channel the water off effectively. I was totally pleased with everything about how the project went.

They were great! I would use them again and recommend them!

Easy to work with.crew was polite and cleaned up nicely. Roof looks great. All new materials were used. Work was done as promised.

Very well. Job took about 5 days, there was never any mess for me to clean up. I paid 50% down and the balance when the job was done and inspected by Manuel. No complaints. I have used them before (patio roof) and I would use them again.

Recommended flashing work, and that roof was approaching need for major work as felt under ceramic tile was starting to warp/lift. Provided photos of issues identified but had to remind to send a couple of times. Have not followed up on the roof redo -- need to plan for that!

They came out, were very professional and punctual. Checked the roof and gave me an estimate (was a bit higher than others) but was very nice.

German roofing was on time from the initial estimate to the end of the job. They were great to work with and gave us a very good price compared to the other offers. The work was done in a morning and they did a great job cleaning up.

Finished tile and motor looked very good.

They spent maybe 15 minutes there and left a mess. I felt like it was more of a sales call, one that I had to pay for, than it was for a service I had paid for. It seemed like they were more interested in the quote for future work, than anything else. I could have gotten a quote from free elsewhere.

Carlos same out and looked over the roof and I received a bid by email by the afternoon. Very responsive and a clear complete bid. Worst experience I could have. 1. Appointment on the 18th was a no show / no call - I had to follow up for a reschedule 2. Appointment on the 19th was a no show / no call - I called and complained and they sent a crew later in the day. The job went pretty quickly. 3. Manuel came for the inspection on the 20th and showed me a picture of a cluster of red roof tiles that they used instead of my "beige" colored tiles. He stated that they didn't have/make mine anymore and used what they had. (Hard to believe in AZ that they don't have a closer color match than the brick red they used. ) I've tried attaching a picture to demonstrate the stark color contrast. I have some calls to make to determine if this is a standard practice or if it is something I can seek a remedy to. Most of all, after all this; they still didn't do anything in an attempt to "make this right". I hope this review helps someone else in avoiding such a situation

This is my first time using German Roofing. I bought the deal for a roof tune up through Angie's List very fair price $149 for the tune up. My appointment was on Monday 10/3/2016. Carlos, the roofer/estimator, arrived within the window of arrival time that I was given and he called me about 20 minutes prior to arrival per my request. He was professional, worked efficiently, clean, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Part of the tune up they check for other damage that isn't covered and they send you a written estimate and photos of what needs to be done. Carlos notified me of the stuff that is need of repair which wasn't extensive, replacement of 3 tiles since the one that were on the roof were cut too small and left gap to allow water to penetrate the underlayment. Lucky no major damage or leak so I wanted to address it quickly. He showed me the photos that he took and the office sent those to me on Wednesday 10/5 with the quote for the repair. Manuel the owner approved the repair for a very reasonable price and they scheduled me for today with him. Manuel called me when he was getting close to my house per my request. When arrived he went straight to work. I requested that he will take photos of the job as he completes and that the office will send those with receipt of payment. I am positive that I will receive photos and receipt per my request in the next couple of days. Dianna from the office is very nice as well, she is the one that coordinates with clients. There is another girl that works in the office and she is the one that scheduled my tune up, she was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I apologize for not remembering your name. I paid for the tune up plus the tile replacement today a total of $249

We used this company before. Manuel is a reliable. His cost is reasonable. He did a final walk through with us. He returned the next day with his crew to fix some mistakes that his crew made. Diana is also a good manager. She return our calls in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company .

German Roofing did more than I expected from the job description. They were thorough and even meticulous, cleaning up the two flat foam roofs as well as the tile.

We had contacted several companies about doing this repair. Some never returned our calls, others tried to up sell us on a complete or half roof replacement. German Roofing was very responsive, and understood our needs. When they arrived, the technician inspected to roof from the outside (as did the other two companies that responded). But then the technician went a step further and climbed into the attic to get a better idea of the position and extent of the roof leaks. This is what I would have logically expected from any roofer that was truly interested in doing the job. After his inspection, the technician provided us with two options. 1 - repair the area immediately surrounding the leaks, or 2 - replace the roofing up to the "natural boundaries, meaning the roofline on top, to the side of the house, to the valley where the roof met the adjoining roof. We went with option #1. We set an appointment, and another technician showed up on time and made the repair. Later that week, the original technician came by to do an inspection of the work. We have been satisfied with the work completed. There have been a few large storms and several small rainfalls since that time, with no evidence of further leaks. I would recommend German Roofing, based on their honest and diligent work.
