They came out and performed the inspection and found 8 tiles that needed to be replaced. I had 4 and they had to purchase 4. A week later they performed the work and the week after that, Miguel came out and performed the final inspection and we squared away the bill. Very professional. Would hire again.

Great. Started at 7a.m. finished by 3p.m. Was 103 degrees that day 8 years ago. Neighbors sat in lawn chairs and loved the job done.

Some broken wrist tiles and he replaced them. Great

Very professional and competent. Tiles fixed. Also inspected remainder of roof and suggested some additional maintenance. We will probably do this work this fall and will certainly request a bid from German.

Identified issues with patio roof (remainder of roof - the tile part 90/95% of roof OK with minor repairs). Patio roof replacement scheduled for 8/25/2017.

It went very well, Manuel did a tune up on the roof and replaced two missing tiles. Very professional. Would definitely recommend German Roofing and we will call them again if we need a roofer.

The crew was punctual and very courteous. They completed the repair quickly and cleaned everything up before they left. The repair looks great. Once we have another big rain, we will know how successful it is.

Results were excellent. Manuel was outstanding and very professional. A quote was give prior to any work which was surprisingly very low compared to what I expected. The work was all done in less than one hour. He gave an honest opinion on the condition of the roof and and underlayment which he felt was in good condition. Needless to say, German Roofing is now my company of choice and highly recommend to anyone considering any type of work needed. The quote was very, very reasonable but I paid a little extra because of the excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent, work was performed on time and within the promised length of job. Workers were courteous and work done professionally. All concerns were addressed promptly and the owner of the company was hands on throughout the process.

Job went very well. Supplier delivered wrong shingles and caused an extra day delay. This was for a rental and I don't live in the area and had to depend on pictures and information from others. Fortunately, I caught the shingle mistake when looking at a picture from the tenant. Otherwise I'm pretty sure the wrong ones would have been installed (Owens-Corning Oakridge instead of 1 grade higher Duration). Regardless of any company doing any kind of work, you always have to watch to make sure mistakes don't happen!! Interactions with German Roofing (Dianna, Manuel, Lynnae) were always friendly and pleasant. Comment from a neighbor was that he thought German Roofing did a better job than whoever did his roof.

Initially, we had an interruption in our chain of communication but when we reconnected they were very very accommodating. Even though they were busy they fit my repairs in on a short time frame so I could have the house ready for sale. The work crew unintentionally ran over a sprinkler head and broke it -- the management made good on covering the repairs. Would definitely reach out to German in the future for more roof work.

They were responsive and punctual, got the tile job done without any additional costs.

The tune up consisted of about 40 minutes total time (for $149.) and an outrageous estimate of $1130. for recommended repair work, triple other estimates. This is a total waste of money.

Very professional company, will definately be using them on all my properties in Arizona.

Repaired the roof and fixed the leaks.
