Description of Work: Service provider arrived on time and cleaned my pool DE filter adequately, as far as I know. He was finished in 20 minutes and all other service providers have taken at least an hour so I'm a bit skeptical. I was disappointed that he did not even empty my filter as I am unable to open the filter myself, even with leverage, as it is on very tightly. I am female and don't have the hand or arm strength necessary for this. I would not rehire or recommend this company.

Description of Work: When the technician arrived, he said my pool was operating fine, he didn't want to do anything more. He said Angie's List had refused to pay him for these Big Deals and he was going to take them to court. He gave me a few good tips but wouldn't perform any of the items I thought I was paying for below. This Big Deal Includes: - Tune-up - Cleaning the DE or cartridge filter - Testing water Ph and chlorine levels - Clean pump - Backwash pump and filter - Check and replace o-rings if needed - 30-point safety inspection to insure proper pool function!

Description of Work: I used a coupon I found on company site for an inspection of my pool pump system. I had a lot of standing water in and around the pool pump so I was concerned about a leak. Also the pump was not "sucking in" water. He came out, found i had a clog and checked to make sure water leak was not coming from pump. He came out, did his job anf didn't try to sell a service or repair I didn't need. I'll use again........even without a coupon.

Description of Work: He came out and looked over my system and back flushed the filter and answered all of my questions. I never owned a pool and just wanted to make sure all systems were ok.
