I will not use Elite Pools again. They never cleaned the pool. He would say he cleaned the pool and the pool would be green. He just took me for a ride and I did fire him. He told me he was going to refund me $200 which he hasn't done. I have an attorney and I will take him to court. It was a disaster. He gives me excuses like his daughter was in the hospital and he didn't have money.

The service was adequate, but it seemed it was so fast that the filters could not have been thoroughly cleaned. That would probably explain why he could do it so inexpensively.

Update: The first several months went well. But after the chemicals I had on hand ran out my pool started turning green and Iwe had to clean the traps and backwash the filter. All of this was supposed to be part of the weekly service. I also noticed that they did not appear to be coming when they had agreed to stop by. I stayed home several times when he was supposed to arrive to speak with him about the pool but he never showed up. When we called him he told my wife we had only purchased biweekly service and he did not provide chemicals. When I called him the same day he said he was not in the office and did not know the frequency of our service. As a result we did not renew our service and I would not recommend this company. They have keep my pool clean and clear the entire summer. Prior to the service I was struggling with the chemical balance and typically had a green pool at least once a month. I have not had to deal with anything related to the pool since I started the service.

Nick was supposed to be mainting my rental property pool but my tenants kept calling me and telling me the pool was green. Nick was telling me that he was taking care of it and going over each week to a fix it. After almost three months of tenant complaint I checked it out for myself and took a sample of the water to the pool store. They informed me no one has been maintainig my pool. The system was not even put back together correct in order for the system to work after emptying the filter so my in floor system was not functioning properly. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and cheats.

that a form would be left so that I knew they had come. Never left those
notes. Could tell on certain weeks they did not come the day they said.
He did eventually get my pool clear (with my help of adding my own
chemicals) however I was required to sweep the pool and vacuum it when
the vacuum didn't do a good enough job as they did not do this. Also, I
don't know who did it as it could have been anyone, but I had a brand
new pool vacuum that was stolen, but not only stolen, replaced it with
an old vacuum that didn't work ?????? Be careful on who you pick for a
pool person. When they know that you are probably only going to be a
customer for 2 months and are only paying $99 YOU WON'T GET MUCH.

"hello. when we first started the pool service the pool was dark green. We had let the client know that there would be extra cost involved to clear up the pool. we work out a deal that if he provided the chemicals we would not charge any extra fees, this also include that we would not charge any extra trip charges to clean up the pool. we normally charge $150.00 for this service when the pool is green we did it for free. The client also called us about the vacuum being replace I could not know what kind of vacuum was in the pool at the begin of the service of service due to the fact of the pool being dark green. this client also accused the last pool company about the vacuum to and left the same review."

This was terrible. They did not show up for the appointment and did not call. I called them a few days later. The 2nd appointment I asked them to come in the afternoon so my husband could be there and they came in the morning. "they looked" at the pool and answered some questions, but did not do any maintenace or tune up. I would not use this company again

"Hello when customer called us she notified us she had a suction issue with her pool vacuum. The customers had two skimmer baskets and Leslie pool supplies sold her a divert value too shut off one of the skimmer and she did not know how to install it. she asked us to come out after 4 pm due to us not service this area and her home being 2 hours away from our office i stress i could only do morning appointment's. we came to her her house 9/4/12 about 730 am and notice she did not need the value that Leslie pools sold her. we showed the client how to work the suction control or jandy handle and then told her she could return that value she got back to the pool store. The client had bought one of or big deals a tune up/filter clean for 35 dollars. when we arrived the pool equipment was all brand new and did not need any work or tune up. so we proceeded and gave the client a pool school lesson and showed her how to work her pool.... we had ask angie's list to give the client a full refund but they would not."

I assumed the service was being scheduled and work performed on every Tues. like we agreed upon. My next door neighbour phoned me to let me know that it didnt look like any work was being done. At this point I thought we might have a communication problem; so we went over the details again. Every Tuesday there was a pool service to be completed. After a couple of weeks my neighbor phones again to let me know the pool was turning green;and he had not seen people to service the pool. The final straw came when the county left an ordinance about the pool being green. Not Proffessional; No one from Arizona pool service once phoned me. Ithink I was taken advantage of being from out of state. I could not reccomend this service to anyone.

"we went to the pool tuesday 9/11/12 when we arrived at the home we had notice that somebody had walk into your backyard and shut the main breaker to the pool pump and cleaning system off..the pool had look like it had not run for about 4 to 5 days turning the pool murky green due to all the rain we had the past week. I went back to the home again today 9/14/12 and again i notice the same thing the pool was shut off at the main breaker. we service the pool every Tuesday morning for $69.00 a month are basic service plan ."

He is very prompt in returning phone calls and email. He seems very competent, although I have only had him for 3 or 4 weeks. The one dislike I had was that I wanted to sign up for a $699 special that was advertised on Angie's List but he said my pool was larger than he could do for that special so he quoted me a much higher price. His price was still reasonable, but only middle of the road.

My swimming pool filter tub cracked a day before I had to leave town for ten (10) days. It was inoperative and I was in a bind. I went to Angie's list and after reading some reviews I called Arizona Pool Service. Nick responded promptly and replaced the tub and reconnected the piping. I would have had a real mess in the pool if I had been unable to use the filter system for ten days. Nick even came back to the house after the repairs and checked the filter system to make sure it was working properly, all while I was out of town. In my opinion Nick provided superior service at a fair price. I was impressed and have committed to use the annual pool service by Arizona Pool Service and anticipate further favorable results once they start service in August 2012

Arizona Pool Service did a fantastic job on my pool. I had them come out and perform an acid wash on my pool. I had some pretty bad staining on my plaster that I wanted to get rid of. They were able to get the stains out and my plaster looks brand new... My pool has not looked this good in a long time! I will definitely be using them again in the future for my pool needs!

I have a weekly pool maintenace with Arizona Pool Service, Nick is the gentleman that comes to my home. He has been awesome! He cleans the skimmer baskets, adds any needed chemicals, and always leaves my pool in sparkling condition. If there is ever an issue with my pool, Nick is always on top of things, and quickly brings it to my attention before it can turn into a bigger issue. Nick has been servicing my pool for several years now and has always treated me with respect, and my pool with tender loving care. I highly reccomend AZ pool service!

I purchased a Green pool clean up service from Arizona Pool Service. I was very happy with everything from calling to schedule the service to the work that was done. The price was extremely reasonable and the response time was excellent. The gentleman was very curtious and professional. He even came to service my pool the next day! My pool is sparkling now, which is a lot to say with the San Tan Valley winds and dirt. They cleaned all debris and brushed down the walls, added all the necessary chemicals. By the next day my pool was AMAZING!
