Besides pool-servicing issues, there also appear to be communication issues between Crystal Blue Pools' staff. Despite being fired the week before, a service person showed up at our pool the following week (trespassing). In response, we called Crystal Blue Pools' business number again, left a voice-mail, and sent an additional email with pictures of our neglected pool, explaining that they were fired, and why. Today, nearly a month after we fired Crystal Blue Pools, we received an invoice for additional charges for weeks that Crystal Blue Pools did not service our pool. Apparently Crystal Blue Pools does not check their email nor their voice-mail, and they certainly didn't let accounts know that we had discontinued their service. Today, after letting their phone number ring for a while, they finally picked up. We explained the whole situation AGAIN, to a person, and we were told we would be relieved of current charges due to our complaint of negligent service. We asked for this agreement in writing, but have yet to receive this. Crystal Blue Pools has NOT provided quality service in recent months, is consistently very difficult to reach at their business phone number, and has not responded to email correspondence.
Description of Work: On June 3rd, just hours after Crystal Blue Pools left a tag stating that they had serviced our pool, we noticed that our salt system pool was left dirty and with a large amount of chlorine added. Upon further inspection, including a next-day inspection by an "A" rated pool-servicing business here on Angie's List, we learned that our pool had been neglected for some time. Crystal Blue Pools did NOT notify us that: our salt cell was damaged and had been apparently for quite a while (remedied by dumping chlorine in our salt-system pool), the pool motor was damaged and leaking, seals were damaged, lines were clogged, the filter basket overheated and melted, pop-ups were not working properly, the salt level was twice what it should be, the pool badly needed back-washing, and this is just off the top of my head. There were additional issues. We called Crystal Blue Pools (which rarely picks up their business phone), left a detailed message on June 3rd, and discontinued further service.
