Finding good service is not easy to do, so when I see it I want to shine a light on it for everyone to see. Mr. Applebach was extremely diligent in his work, highly professional, very objective, and he paid attention to the little things that show he respects his clients and their home investment. He never made us feel that we were asking too many questions even though we kept him into the early evening on a Friday. The money I spent on his home inspection pales in comparison to what I would have spent on making repairs on the items he noted, even if I did them myself. Bottom line: I highly recommend Applebach Home Inspections.
