Scott came highly recommended by our neighbors and we're so glad we took their advice. He came by to do our 1 year inspection and we had an excellent experience. He used a drone to check our roof (as to not void our roof warranty), thermal imaging to check our insulation, and took detailed images and notations of any and all defects. His inspection was extremely thorough (he even noted things we missed in our final walkthrough) and we had the report the same day! We definitely recommend using him if you're looking for an inspector!

At the advice of our realtor, we brought Scott in to inspect our newly built home alongside our builder walkthrough. We're so glad we did! While we found paint touch-ups, nail pops, and drywall repairs, Scott was everywhere we couldn't get: on the roof checking tiles with the assistance of a drone, in the attic checking depth of insulation, using laser thermometers and thermal imaging to check for hot and cold spots... He left no plug untested and no drawer unopened. Afterwards he took the time to talk us through his findings using clear language and re-explaining at need. The report he provided to us and our builder is thorough, clear, and compelling and arms us well in any disputes, though thankfully his reputation after decades in the home-building industry mean his findings are heard and respected. We highly recommend Scott for your future inspection needs.

I hired Scott to inspect my new home before the drywall was installed. He was very thorough in checking the framing,,electrical and plumbing. He also checked the roof using a drone. He found several minor items that needed to be addressed. Scott shared the pictures of the items items that neededattention. He explained everything in detail for me.
