"Vacumed
Dusted
Floors
Bathrooms (2.5)
shook out rugs
windows (not the outside, which I will request next time they do just the downstairs outside windows for me as well)
wiped counters
put dishes in dishwasher
mirrors
they actually moved stuff off the counter and put away in the drawers so the countertops looked nice.
Everything was done very well and I am satisfied.
They were a bit unpunctual, but that doesn't matter atleast they showed up and got the job done and quickly and professionallly."

Small jobs welcome

"I can trust Liv's to always get the job done. Shes on time, equipped, and flexible. I can always count on her to take care of any specific needs as they come about and I always come home to a fresh home. On some occasions I am surprised with money I forgot about that she finds in my pockets. She always hands it right over. I will continue to have olivia clean my weekly as long as we are both able."

"When Henderson pulled up the phone rang and it was him letting us know he had arrived, note all of this was seen from our home surveillance system which we use quite often to see what goes on while myself and the wife are away from home. After remotely unlocking the door and opening the garage Henderson and his two co-workers got straight to work. The two women went into the house and started by vacuuming our entire home and the bathroom was so brighter. The floors felt nicer to the touch and the overall scent of the home was fresher.   Out in the garage, Henderson was had at work with the pressure washer and the stubborn oil stains and others mess I had out there. But from the door to the end of the driveway I have no complaints.

R3 Cleaning does a darn good job and will do it right the first time. The best service I have had in a long time. The staff is great and the billing/payment options are great."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.

At least twice a year, but frequency depends on location and exposure to elements.

Time varies by number and size of windows but usually 2-4 hours.

Hard water stains are caused by hard water. Hard water contains a lot of minerals, like calcium and magnesium. When water on your glass surfaces dries out, the minerals stay behind and stick to the glass. This results in a residue that looks like white cloudy or streaky spots. Call a pro to install a water softener to banish hard water problems.

A vacuum with a hose attachment or a lint roller can easily remove dust from your window screen. Pressure washing window screens is another option, but you should make sure you have the appropriate nozzle and pressure setting to avoid doing extensive damage to your window.
