In a matter of hours, they transformed our pool cage from a 25 year old worn cage to close to a new appearance. Plus Jay saw issues we were not aware of and promised it would all be addressed. After the price was agreed on Jay said several times that we needed this and that, which they did, in fact, do! We feel very fortunate to have had Salty Screens help us to take our pool cage from an eye sore back to something we will enjoy for years to come. When I called the office, she said that she told me the $600 was for detection and the repair would be extra. I said I know the repair would depend on the problem, but I had expected a repair the same day. This miscommunication has put me without water for another week while I wait on a local plumber. To say I am disappointed is an understatement."
