"Calvin was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our 1903 home. Full crawlspace encapsulation and a repair of a sagging section of the house that was overloaded with a floated concrete floor. He easily could have oversold us on expensive repairs that were unnecessary but he was honest and up front with our issues and reassured us that our foundation was in really good condition for the age of the house. "I moved into the house a year ago and had a new water heater put in. The people who had installed my water heater had not done a good job. The wiring inside the water heater was exposed, and had no caps on them. The pvc pressure drain piping was not glued and had three elbow joints in it before it went to the outside drain pipe. The water pressure blew the pipe off at one of the elbow joints. The pressure valve on the water heater itself was not working. (Not the installer's fault).  The water was everywhere. After turning off the hot water, I called Jason Kilgore at 6 PM Wednesday night and told him what happened. He said he would be there at 8 AM Thursday morning to look at it. He was. He squeezed me into his schedule in spite of being totally booked up for Thursday. He said he would be back at 6 PM to fix it. He told me all the things wrong with the water heater (mentioned above) and said he would buy a new pressure valve for the water heater. At 6 PM, Collin and Darrell came and fixed it. They rewired the water heater correctly, put in a new pressure valve and they ran an entirely new drain pipe out to the outside of the house, after determining that dirt daubers had plugged up the old pipe. They took 30 minutes to fix it.  These guys are great. They were VERY professional, explained everything, fixed it, and cleaned up afterward. And their price was reasonable. I will use them for all my repairs inside the house. I have a long list for this older house, and they will be doing all the work.  I recommend them to any one who needs something fixed.

That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!
