His crew tore off the old roof, installed a new roof with new flashing and cleaned up the site all withing 2 1/2 days. The cost of this work was very reasonable and very much in line with my own personal estimate. Sam is highly trustworthy, and we would work with him again if the need arises. "The contractor replaced sheet rock inside a bedroom wall as well as the exterior of my home. The exterior of the home was well done. However, the interior replacement of the sheet rock, was not satisfactory with, a lot of short cuts and not professionally completed. You can see all the cuts made on the wall. The putty he used was not sanded, you can clearly see where the contractor used his finger to fill in gaps on the walls."
