"The Mad Hatter was prompt and courteous. They did a chimney sweep and also found the problem with a leak I have had for years. Had to reschedule another appointment to fix the leak, but was not charged for the extra visit...only the the service that they performed. I would definitely use them again. "That was excellent. It worked out fine. The only thing that was not to my satisfaction was that the person I spoke to originally about my needs included a smoke detector and alarms yet I should have gotten door and window. I spent more than I had planned even though I returned the smoke detector. I think the alarms are very good and easy to handle. I'm happy with them."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
