"Installation went well and the carpet looks wonderful. The reason I gave the company 3.5 stars was due to the fact on the day of installation I did not receive a call from the installer and nobody showed up. Next day I did not hear from anyone and had to call. Customer service said they would have to reschedule me like I did not show up at my on house. Decided to cancel but they said they could show up on Saturday morning. They actually did call and show up on Saturday but they wasted two of my days. By the way the day I was originally scheduled for I called customer service and they told me the installer may be late and he had to 6:00pm to make to the house so I wasted my entire day at home waiting and nobody called or showed up. No complaints on install. The did an excellent job on installing the carpet."
