Jeff designed and constructed the wall with reinforced concrete blocks and finished it with stucco to blend in with the color of the surrounding area. He then repaired the fence so there should be no more issues. Jeff was always in contact with me to let me know when he would arrive, what the status of the project was and anything else I needed to know."
