"Repaired porch. Replaced six rotting wood columns and railing with a plastic (pvc) version and painted the entire porch and front door. Very happy with it. It isn't as pretty as the wood version but hopefully won't require much maintenance over the years. Also replaced six vent covers, door knobs and two screens."
