The tankless system was installed and checked by city inspector, however one of the tanks wouldn't drain and a pump was ordered to help with the draining and they returned a week later, drained and removed the old tank even though they had been paid the week prior. I know that some may think that they were supposed to, but doesn't always happen like that. Jackie and his crew addressed all of my concerns with professionalism"
