"The countertops are beautiful. Berkeley arrived on time and the job was completed in several hours. He left the area clean and neat. It was a joy working with him and his assistant. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a great product."

"If you need exterior cleaning services, look no further, your search is over!! Robert is extremely responsive, very detail oriented, thorough, sincere and polite, respectful of everyone and our property and business. He performed well beyond expectations. He cleaned three quite large, very dirty metal roofs on our property, and they all now look like the day they were installed. Absolutely Perfect!! We will not call anyone else and will look forward to having Robert back for all our exterior cleaning and related maintenance in the future. The best part - we all feel like we have made a new friend as well!! Thank you, Robert!!"

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"William and Josh did a great job treating and cleaning the widows as well as caulking everything. They were very professional and did everything that they gave me an estimate on, and credited me for the blinds they didnâ t have to clean. Great personalities and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely recommend using this service!"

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Before hiring a cleaning service for your home, it's wise to ask several questions. Find out what services they offer, whether they work alone or with a company, and if they can provide references. It's also important to ask if they conduct background checks on employees. Inquire about their scheduling, availability, and when they can provide an estimate. Confirm if they have insurance, offer a guarantee, and bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. You should also clarify if you need to be home during the cleaning, what arrangements are necessary for pets, and if there is a written contract. Finally, ask how they set their rates and if they are available for emergencies and what those charges would be.

One of the best ways to prepare for a home biohazard cleanup is not to touch anything. Do not remove belongings, even if they are of value or importance, from the area as they are likely contaminated. It’s essential not to use any cleaning products of your own, as the cleaning company will be using chemicals that could interact with your products.

One thing you can do to prepare is take pictures of your space and belongings that need to be cleaned, especially if you plan on filing a claim with your insurance company. In addition, take time to make a list of items that are valuable, sentimental, or otherwise important. The cleanup company must evaluate these belongings to make sure they are safe.

On average, it takes between four and eight hours to deep clean a house. The exact time depends on factors like the size of the home, the number of rooms, and how dirty it is. A home that is frequently cleaned will take less time than one that is not. If you are short on time, you can break the job into smaller tasks or hire a professional house cleaner.

Whether your carpet cleaner is self-employed or not doesn’t need to play a major factor in tipping. Some larger cleaning companies prefer you don’t tip their employees, but if the cleaner is self-employed that isn’t a concern. Tipping isn’t required for this service, so feel free to use it as an appreciation for their service and hard work.

There are different reasons for wanting to wash your floor by hand or using a mop. For deep and thorough cleaning, hand washing allows you to scrub hard-to-reach spots, ensuring the entire floor is pristine. You may want to use this method every other month. Mopping is ideal for weekly maintenance and vast spaces where hand washing is too time-consuming and labor-intensive. Remember, cleaning your floors regularly is better than skipping the task altogether, so use the best method that works for you.
