"A crew of two came out, looked at the work that needed to be accomplished and gave me a quote. I agreed and the work was done the same day. Two days later, after more rain, my bathroom ceiling was still leaking. After several attempts at reaching the company, I finally received a response and was promised they would send someone back to check their work. After waiting several days, no one came out. I attempted to contact the company for the next 7-8 days via phone call and text. All went ignored. Once they were paid, which was the same day as the work was done, I feel as if I was written off and ignored. I do not recommend this business!"

"ritical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Addison Riley formerly JW Dunwright is the worst. You should not just walk away, but run. We hired them to build our home thinking they were a well vetted reputable franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Although they were one of AR's franchises, AR would not step in and provide any help when everything started going south. I don't have enough time here to outline all the problems we encountered. To make a long story short, however, we ended up firing them after two and a half years without the house being completed. They would not pay subcontractors who ended up placing liens on our house. For this reason, no subs would work for them so they scraped the bottom of the barrel for subs. This resulted in such shoddy workmanship, our new builder couldn't even correct it. Every day we discover something that is a result of this terrible workmanship. We were not the only ones. We found eight other families to which this had happened. Don't be swayed by John Pruitt's seemingly helpful and concerned demeanor. A former employee of his said, "he can sell ice to Eskimos.""
