Two professional cleaners came out and did a great job cleaning the roof, removing the moss & laying down powder and spray to remove and prevent moss. Cleaned the gutters, windows & screens. They were friendly, quick, answered questions about their work and cleaned the area around the house. Was happy with the work and would recommend them.- James E.

Gu-Wi, Gutters and WindowsFantastic job! I have a 1908 two story Craftsman with a zillion fussy little windows and there isn’t a streak to be found! Capitol CleaningTwo men showed up between 8-9 (8:15AM) as promised. Price was competitive. Got to work right away the outside of the windows. After finishing the outside, they did the inside of each. Done by 11:30AM. Many of our windows face west into the setting sun and if they are the least bit streaky or foggy, it will show in the lat afternoon. The job passed that test. Previous cleaner was one man and took about 1.5 days. Definitely plan to hire again. Name of the company is confusing. They do not seem to have any Yelp reviews and when you search for them, you get a cleaning company in Olympia that is not them.- Frank S D.

Camano Island Window CleaningOur house is a window cleaning challenge: - part of it is 3 levels, - it has a multitude of windows, some of which are oddly shaped, - it is surrounded by flower beds. Additionally, the windows had not been cleaned since pre-pandemic and were quite dirty. Mr. Aldapa and his crew of three (two sons) were not in the least intimidated. He had been to our house earlier to evaluate and bid the work so there was no lag time when they arrived. The ionized water technology that they employ allows them to minimize the use of ladders in favor of extension brushes which simplifies and expedites the process. My wife and I were not pleased with the last company that cleaned our windows. We were somewhat skeptical of the no soap, no squeegee approach but willing to give it a try and I'm glad we did. Mr. Aldapa was insistent that our windows would be clean with no streaks and he was correct! We are very pleased with the result! Mr. Aldapa, his sons and additional assistant were prompt, professional, and personable. We enjoyed having them in our home and are exceptionally satisfied with their "product."
