Excellent service. Cleaning exterior windows requires working at considerable height for 2-story house on raised foundation & with 9' ceilings. Many windows. Cleaners left all windows sparkling clean with no streaks.

We had our windows and gutters cleaned, as well as had our roof de-mossed (it was BAD). Our windows are sparkling and the moss has died and come off our (previously green) roof. The moss removal is done with a safe compound that is okay for my kids and pets to be around, I love that we weren't spraying a bunch of terrible stuff on our house. The gutters are in now in great working order. I first contacted through Angie's List, but found that calling was an immediate response. The owner came out to give me a quote (free), and we scheduled very quickly too. The guys that did the work were nice and clean (very careful inside my house) and took all of the gutter debris away.

It went smoothly. Ken came out to give me an estimate within 24 hurs of my first call and everything was arranged for his guy to come out in the next time slot that suited us both. It was a long list of things so he agreed to start outside since it was so early. He was here for almost 8 hours and everything was done nicely. Very polite and kept any mess down to a minimum. This company was introduced to me in 2009 by a friend whose "very picky motherin law" would only use them. They are not your cheapest but I am willing to pay slightly more for peace of mind.

Since we had major tree work done in the yard, the gutters were full.  The owner did the estimate and an employee did the work.  Both were professional and punctual.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  I will definitely use them again.

I called on a Friday to get my windows cleaned and they were out on the following Tuesday. Ken was very polite and was very clear about the cost of the job. Answered questions about any additional costs (there weren't any - everything was very well laid out up front). The window cleaner showed up as promised. Was very courteous and mindful of keeping my home clean. Left the whole jobsite very neat. As an added bonus, cleaned all of the mirrors in my house. I have pets and they were very careful about not letting the pets out when they entered and exited my house. When they cleaned the gutters they even took all of the debris with them and were very careful about cleaning up so that there weren't pine needles and "gunk" around the outside of the house. They worked effeciently and quietly and were done in no time. I was very pleased with the outcome.
