"Chris Trease, who did the estimate, helped select the tile, and get everything started was great. Once the project was handed off, though it went downhill. The day the tile was supposed to be delivered, I waited for 3 hours and no delivery. When I called them, they said that the tile was back ordered and I needed to pick a different tile but no one bothered to tell me. So, I picked a new tile. The next day the installer showed up but there was no materials. I called and left messages and finally got a response that the delivery would come later and the installer was supposed to just start demolition on the existing floor. Again, no one bothered to update me or the installer. Overall, the communication from Amy (the project manager) was awful. The only way I could get a response from her after leaving multiple messages was to finally reach out to Chris to get her to respond. The installer was condescending and did a terrible job putting the molding back on. Would not hire again. "
