- Delta Energy & DesignThis group is fantastic to work with for solar installs. They came out and performed a full analysis of the site to evaluate positioning and whether it made sense at ALL to do an install. A full analysis was performed including cost, payback, incentives, SREC, CO2 and more. Shade analysis was done using 2 methods and led to a decision in placement we had not considered, and overall I am very happy with the positioning and the final product. Due to a new design for the pergola option we selected there were some delays in manufacturing, coating, machining . . . which lead to an overall delay of about 3 months finalizing the install. We also had a bit of a hang-up with the electric company paperwork at the beginning which added to some delay in the start of the project. There were also some communication gaps that were corrected after we discussed my expectations for contacting me about status of the project. Generally, they are good guys and really want to do right by the customer. This lead to considerations of price at the end due to the delays and other specifics of the contract. The company did abide by all contractual obligations I had put into the contract and went beyond, given the somewhat unusual delays we had. While this affected the process a bit, overall, I am very pleased with the company, product and the power I am producing daily. I highly recommend this company for your solar install needs

- Capitalize GridOver all the appearance is actually much better than expected. Some of the finer fit and finish details were not perfect, but still very good. The solar array performs as predicted. The energy output exceed the total house and EV usage on off peak months, but does not fully cover energy consumption on peak months. - Sooner Solar ScreensWest facing room unbearable and unusable, due to huge window allowing heat in. I tinted the glass, had wood blinds and lined drapes; which weren't effective. We had to shut the room off in the summer. This company was spectacular from my initial phone call through the installation. There were two choices in light blocking; I chose the lesser. The room was instantly cooler and as comfortable as the rest of the house. They offered pictures of past projects, color choices and frame choices. I chose a charcoal color and to use one horizontal frame piece to mimic the natural division of my windows. Otherwise I thought it looked like stereo speaker covers. Just my preference, though. We've had 3 small tornadoes and 2 winter storms in our neighborhood. Screens are still as good as new. Yes, the room is not as bright, but not dreary at all. And now we can actually use the room and there will be little to no sun damage to the things in the room
- Sun City Solar EnergyIf you are doing solar panels and you have dogs, they are a pain in the ass but they were very good natured about it. For any mess that they could have accumulated, they are very clean. They clean up after themselves and I don't have to tell them which is really nice. The only thing is, we had a couple of smokers. Again, coming out here really? You have to be careful about accidentally starting fires. All I had to do was go to them and say,'please don't put your butts out on the ground.' I only had to say it once. Some people come out here and they are smoking, it is just inconsiderate because I don't want to have the risk and I don't want to clean their butts, I don't smoke. They are very clean and very detail oriented. They pay attention to detail. They let me know what they are going to do, when they are going to do it, how they are going to do it and why they are going to do it. I am not in the solar industry and so we had a lot of questions and we asked questions subsequently to that and they don't have any issue giving me their time to explain things to me. Even in the light of the recent legislation in Oklahoma, he gave me a call and explained things what was and what wasn't there. He doesn't have to do that but he did. That was nice

An employee came out for an estimate and with samples and several pictures of homes that they had done. I picked the choices (colors and density) that I wanted. Another employee came out and took the measurements and confirmed specifics. The 3rd visit was installation; which went perfectly smooth. The screen fit like a glove, even the curve! The product works like a dream and I got the less dense material; the room became remarkably cooler. It darkened the room slightly, but it is not a problem, at all. We have had absolutely no problems with the screen, even with the intense west winds from the storms and ice. They were prompt and courteous. We were exceptionally pleased all around

"Roof was worn out and starting to leak in a couple of places with the massive rains we had been getting lately. Called a couple of places to get estimates and Green Phoenix beat them by a substantial amount. I also like the owners attitude and explanation of how and what they needed to do to fix the roof. A date and time was set and the crew showed up and started the year off. Materials arrived and part of crew did tear off and repair of bad spots in roof while other part of crew started putting down new roofing By the way I used class 4 roofing so it probably won’t need to be fixed in the years I have left. Crew took well deserved lunch break then were back at work. The continued till dusk with tear off. Putting Dow new roof and clean up. Left for the day with a large part completed. Second day arrived on time and continued with repair and replacement. During the tear off they found some major problems which needed to be addressed. They talked with me. Gave me options and let me decide what to do. It upped the cost of the job a little but it did need to be done. Finished with house and detached garage did cleanup. Which was.very good and left. I am quite happy with they way they cleaned up and very happy with the job they did."

"Actually, we had already said we weren't ever going to use them again, but they had such a deal on the air conditioning and heating. The price was good. My husband says that the problem he had with them was, a year after they installed it, they wanted to start replacing stuff on it. The equipment is fine, so we're happy with the equipment; it's A.
