This group is fantastic to work with for solar installs.  They came out and performed a full analysis of the site to evaluate positioning and whether it made sense at ALL to do an install.  A full analysis was performed including cost, payback, incentives, SREC, CO2 and more.  Shade analysis was done using 2 methods and led to a decision in placement we had not considered, and overall I am very happy with the positioning and the final product.  Due to a new design for the pergola option we selected there were some delays in manufacturing, coating, machining . . . which lead to an overall delay of about 3 months finalizing the install.   We also had a bit of a hang-up with the electric company paperwork at the beginning which added to some delay in the start of the project.  There were also some communication gaps that were corrected after we discussed my expectations for contacting me about status of the project.  Generally, they are good guys and really want to do right by the customer.  This lead to considerations of price at the end due to the delays and other specifics of the contract.  The company did abide by all contractual obligations I had put into the contract and went beyond, given the somewhat unusual delays we had.  While this affected the process a bit, overall, I am very pleased with the company, product and the power I am producing daily.  I highly recommend this company for your solar
