I contacted Royal Fence and Design and they were extremely helpful in navigating local and HOA requirements for yard fencing. They were extremely responsive getting the work done as expeditiously as possible. Very happy with their work. About 5 weeks after the install one of the gates was not aligning and auto-closing correctly. They came right out and corrected the issue. Highly recommend them

    The owner, Brian Haag was prompt in measuring, suggesting a superior design, and providing an excellent quote. The design and installation was difficult because the steps go over a wall, and are thus irregular in height. Brian was responsive in providing a quote that was 20% lower than a competitor, completed the fabrication on time, and installed the railings when he committed. I highly recommend this company

    After a very large tree limb fell during a storm, part of our wrought iron patio table and chair set was heavily damaged, The chair was severely bent and flattened so that it was almost 'pancaked'. The round glass top of the wrought iron table was shattered, and the frame bent down toward the ground in 2 places. I called and left a message on the company voice mail, and Anthony called me back the same day. He came to the house 2 days later at a time picked by me to look at the items and give me an estimate on the spot. I agreed and he took the table, the damaged chair, and an undamaged chair (to have a model to work from since the damage to the chair was so severe). He did not promise to have a glass top, but said he would check into some prices. He called in about 2-3 weeks just as he had promised to tell me the repairs were complete and to arrange a time to return them. He came when I asked, and I couldn't tell which chair was original and which had been damaged, and the table was restraightened fine. He said he had to take the chair apart, straighten the pieces and reweld. He had a price on a 47" glass top, (which would have to be shipped in from Knoxville) but then told me I could probably find it cheaper on the internet, although he would be glad to order it if I wanted. I decided to shop for the glass on my own. He charged me exactly what he estimated

I bought 25 sections of antique iron fencing on ebay and had it delivered...He installed iron posts (he provided) and welded the fencing to the posts, including a gate which swings perfectly. He is professional, timely, and does what he says he will. I actually had this work done several years ago and saw his company on here while doing another search. I just had to review based on what a wonderful experience I had. He also did work for me at another house (the same type of thing) and it was perfect as well. Have used twice and will again!!! I couldn't be happier! And I was very particular as this fencing cost $10,000 in purchase and delivery so I had a lot invested. He also offered sandblasting the rust off and repainting but I chose to keep the "old" look

    Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     I hired this company to expand my fence, and they did a great job. I told them when they completed the work, I would be adding a pool in the coming months. They came out and removed the fence requested by the pool company. Now, it is time to rebuild the fence and have my final inspection and they will not answer the phone, or respond to text messages requesting a date on then they can return to finish the job. I have the county calling me wanting to complete the permit. They told me they would come back and rebuild the fence, now they have left me in the dark. I'm not asking for anything free, I know it going to cost to rebuild the fence, fine, just come and do what you said you were going to do. I would give fewer stars if I could

They installed the wrong gates, the fence spindles were completely uneven and the fence corners didn’t line up. I called the company to inform them this was unsatisfactory and I wasn’t paying them until it was fixed, and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back to discuss the matter.
