Brian was prompt for the initial interview and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He made great suggestions about how it could be done better than our ideas. The owner, Brian Haag was prompt in measuring, suggesting a superior design, and providing an excellent quote. The design and installation was difficult because the steps go over a wall, and are thus irregular in height. Brian was responsive in providing a quote that was 20% lower than a competitor, completed the fabrication on time, and installed the railings when he committed. I highly recommend this company!
