"My TV is running smoothly again after Pat sorted through the mass of wiring attached to the TV, the AV receiver, the cable box, etc to diagnose the reason my universal remote wasn't connecting properly with the HDMI component. On his 2nd visit, Pat and his helper removed the heavy TV from its bracket and then rebalanced the cabinet and ceiling speakers to produce much improved acoustics (immediately noticeable watching action movies). Pat also did an initial assessment of the TV/AV system at no charge, and his bill for the additional 2 visits was very reasonable. When I decide to upgrade to a larger TV, I will be calling Pat again. I highly recommend him.show more

"Bob promptly assessed the job and gave a quote of up to $4000. This was an unusual job in that it involved a lot of clean up and eliminaton of special wiring for an extensive outdoor Christmas display that was not longer being done, and the originator was not available to answer questions. It was a rather pesky job that some larger contractors would not be interested in doing. The two workers spent over two full days removing outlets, rewiring, installing cover plates, etc. The workers were friendly and accommodating but at times did not seem totally confident in how to proceed. After completing the work, I found some outlets that had not been covered, and I had some questions about some of the switches for yard lights. They sent one of the workers back out to correct the issues and walk through the switches with me again. Overall, I found them very good to work with.show more
