"While trying to install a bathroom fan, I thought it would be easier if I did it from above in the attic. However, I didn't realize that I wasn't supposed to walk only on the planks, and fell through the ceiling of another bathroom. I found Dean by relaying this story at work and I happened to work with his wife. Dean looked at my ceiling, was sympathetic to my stupid move, and quickly came back with a detailed estimate. He started work almost immediately, completed most of the work in a day, and came back the next couple of days to put the finishing touches on it. The work was top notch and when it was completed the bathroom, other than some touch-up painting that we agreed I would complete, appeared like nothing ever happened to it.show more
