  The realtor was great. The homeowner didn't know what he was doing. This was the second deal that didn't work, so I would take a break for some time. They don't charge anything as it would come out of the house once we find out. Their price is competitive.

We were very demanding on the number of homes we wanted to visit (and re-visit), often making last minute requests.
