Our inspectors undergo rigorous training through AmeriSpec's corporate training center, are certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and are licensed by the state of Tennessee. Additionally, Steve Anderson, a licensed architect for over thirty years, is trained and certified to conduct synthetic stucco (EIFS) moisture inspections. He is also licensed and available to conduct home inspections in Mississippi. Anderson AmeriSpec has been operating in the Memphis Area for over sixteen years and has completed over 18,000 inspections of all varieties. When scheduling the home inspection, the team at Anderson AmeriSpec were extremely nice and accommodating. I was able to easily schedule the inspection at a time that as convenient for me. Steve arrived early (so there was no waiting around) and got to work right away. After he completed the outside inspection, I followed him around as he examined inside, and he explained what he was looking at in each room. At the end, he reviewed all of his findings, showed me pictures of any of the problem areas, and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and thorough, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector.

We have purchased many homes over the years and this was our best inspection we have ever had done. There wasn't an outlet that wasn't tested, the dishwasher was run a complete cycle and all structures were thoroughly inspected.

Steve was very professional and did a very thourough job of making sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. He went through every detail of the interior and exterior and did a great job of explaining exactly what and how would need to be fixed on the home. Our realtor was very impressed with him as well and plans on using him as a suggesstion for homebuyers in the future. If you are in Shelby or DeSoto County, I highly recommend using Steve and his team.

Steve Anderson (owner) provided the home inspection. He gave us an estimated time on how long it would take to complete and he did not rush and completed in the timeframe he estimated. Steve was very honest, on time and was very thorough. He asked question about our concerns prior to the inspection and covered all areas inside and out. Very honest and on time. They also gave a discount for Angie's List members.

Extremely punctual, professional. Arrived on time, and took enough time to look at the house in a great level of detail. Took photos and gave us a comprehensive report of things that required to be fixed. Very meticulous and very easy to work with.

Mr. Anderson was very professional. He was punctual and very, very thorough. It was a rainy day, and he still did his best to inspect the exterior of the home, with the exception of climbing onto the roof. Mr. Anderson went over his findings with me at the end of his walk-through, and I received a detailed PDF report within 24 hours of inspection. He was recommended to me by three different people, and now I can say that I highly recommend him as well.
