When I got home the next day, I found that Jason left the invoice on my desk with instructions to mail a check, or pay online (which I did using PayPal.) As for the work, the windows and blinds are excellent! It's almost like a new house again. Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be much brighter now that the windows and blinds are clean. I know my wife will be happy with the results...I sure am. I'd highly recommend The Window Guy to anyone who wants their windows and/or blinds cleaned at a very reasonable price

Well, when I told her that the mirrors and pictures were not clean, she snapped at me and said I didn't have to have her back. She did things slap-dash, and got distracted and moved to something else.. She failed to dust the top two shelves on two bookcases. She didn't clean the den floor, or the cobwebs. She did nothing in the kitchen, but mop the floors. She failed to reinstall three of the blind valences at all or incorrectly. One fell off after she left in my office and luckily didn't break art pieces on the credenza. She only had an upright Shark vacuum that doesn't clean the carpet near the baseboards nor the stairs. She did a very poor job, not even up to par of a regular cleaning and charged me $80 dollars per hour for 4 hours of work. I suspect she has ADD since she had no attention to detail and was scatterbrained. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMED HER!

"Overall, they did a good job. However, a blind was broken they didn't tell me about. After they left I saw the blind on the floor. The reason this happened was because one lady was slamming the vacuum cleaner against the blind and also cracked my window. All she had to do was dust the blinds off. With all that force, she cracked my window. She should have known better. I heard her slamming the vacuum cleaner against the blind on the window. There was a plant that was hanging down to the floor near the window and a long vine had been broken off and placed so that you couldn't tell. I saw it after they left. Why did they try to hide it? I was going to find out sooner or later!
