Lowe's

My experience there has always been the same. They lack in customer service. They do not wish to help women, they brush you off, and they ignore you. I even had someone say that they would call someone to their home and then they do not do it. If you don't know what you are looking for you can just forget it. The only reason that I don't go to another store is because I don't want to it come as a political agenda. I would use them in the future only because they are the only hardware store around.

They really helped us make good decisions. I even returned two rugs that did not fit well with our green house. They returned the rugs with no problems and told me to pick out what I wanted.

I love them and I am happy with them. They were willing to deliver the refrigerator the day I bought it because my old refrigerator had gone bad. It was early on a Saturday morning, and they were very accommodating. I thought that the price was good - I looked around after I had bought the appliance and I was very happy with what I had paid. They were punctual and professional. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
